Great customer service we stopped in streetsboro on the fly on our way to Chicago at about 130am. We stopped at other hotels and they said their systems were down and they could not take any bookings until their systems were back up. We stopped in this hotel and the front desk clerk said they have the same problem, but will book us in and we could pay in the morning when the systems back up. Thank you My fiance' and I needed the sleep.

dont go Run for your life don't go. Worst place ever. The rooms were not clean. Lobby not swept.TV not working properly. We were promise a queen size bed and we were the only ones there at first and were told they had none inside. Went to in outside entrance one that I would not let my dog stay in.

Sucks I am a truck driver and I expect to come to a nice warm room from being outside driving I get in my room and it's cold it's 30 out and it was 50 in the room the heat barely works for $61 and some change it is not worth it the exhaust fan has a light but broke crack in the wall above the shower surround looks like leaks in the ceiling above the tub I have stayed in your hotel in nabraska north Platte wonderful people no problem nice and warm whoever reads this complaint so people know don't get room 201 lock broken 202 problem in the room

Great for the price. An inexpensive motel to stay near Cleveland. Room was clean and presentable, Front desk personnel very friendly and very hospitable. Offers some small amenities in lobby. Located near many chain restaurants and other conveniences, as well as short drives to beautiful surrounding areas.

Cheap Sleep Spent very little time in the motel as we were visiting family and shopping for a two night getaway. The room was adequate, clean and quiet, everything worked other than one light switch. The front desk reception was pleasant. The entire place did smell of cigarette smoke, so if you are bothered by it, do not stay here. I picked up a candle at the mall to help with that. This was very inexpensive ($107 for 2 nights) and we were not looking for frills so it suited the purpose. I am a Value Club Member (15% off) as I often use the same chain motel at Detroit Airport for Park and Fly deals. They have a small, free breakfast bar with limited choice (coffee/tea/juice, english muffins and dry cereal) but there is a Bob Evans right across the street if you so choose. Would I stay again? Probably not as I found motels a little closer to where we were visiting and will most likely try somewhere else.
