Great Hotel Very comfortable hotel. We were only there for one night but the hotel made us want to stay longer. The hotel was very clean, staff was great and the beds were super comfy. In the morning there was a free hot breakfast that included diy waffles- yum! Also had eggs, potato’s and sausage.

Greatly Disappointed I typically don’t leave negative reviews online (I like to handle them in-person), but after no action from front desk innkeeper upon checkout and nobody from hotel management calling me to discuss the disappointing stay, I have no choice. Bottom line, Mr. Hilton would likely disassociate himself from this hotel if he stayed there. It looked like the breakfast was using leftovers from the day prior (cooked oatmeal had at least an inch of standing water on top of it and the eggs were chopped down so finely you couldn’t eat them with a fork). As for the other hot breakfast options, the waffle maker and toaster were “out of order.” So other than some sugary pastries and high sugar yogurt, no breakfast was available. I didn’t dare eat something that looked like it was from the day prior. Regarding room cleanliness, there was mold in our bathtub behind the soap dispensers. Mold around the window molding. Rust was leaking out of the bathtub overflow drain (disturbing considering rust would leak into the bath water). Moreover, the door into our room stuck shut, causing my wife concerns of a fire hazard (kids and elderly would likely be stuck; I had to shoulder into it to get it unstuck). This is wildly concerning because the phone to the front desk didn’t work at the time. Something about a “technology error.” Moreover, the power outlets under the lamps require replacement. The outlets couldn’t safely hold our device charging plugs. The plugs would slip out, leaving metal prongs exposed. Lastly, we had to close the bathroom door to suppress noise from other bathrooms. There was loud music, hacking and coughing, arguments, and other bathroom related noises being piped through the bathroom ventilation system at levels that kept us awake. Lastly there was no pool or hot tub. You can get all of this for $320+ for one night. I was hoping management from the hotel would reach out prior to me posting this, but the longer I hear nothing from them, the more I believe Hilton top-level management need to be aware of the conditions of this hotel. We’ve been longtime patrons of Hampton Inns and other Hilton hotels. This hotel does not live up to Hilton standards. We will continue to use Hilton hotels, but not this one.

Not Good! Let start off with phones not working and could not call in, then door to room stuck severely where I had to put my weight on it to open and my husband had to help. Elderly people would be stuck. Fire hazard! kids yelling and jumping all night, note that it is right next to fire station! Rust in bathtub and stains in bathroom. When in the bathroom you can hear neighbors belching and couching and music was heard so loud we had to close bathroom door. Hot breakfast is half out of service, no toaster, coffee was bitter. This room was over priced. sorry for bad review but I wish I knew before I went. This should not be rated 4 stars on Hilton app!

Cheap, Greedy, OLD, Price Gouging, Hampton Inn!! I can honestly say, aside from the Autumn leaves changing on the trees outside of my hotel window, this was a very negative experience. The cost was outrageous and the rooms were about $386 a night, the breakfast was far below mediocre, often cold product, bitter coffee, and after breakfast, the hotel ownership/staff turned off the lights in the common areas so no one could sit there and enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, or anything else. The fireplace in the lobby did not work. The air conditioning in the lobby did not work. The swimming pool, which I never bothered to use, was grungy from the very first appearance. I spent four days there and prior to checking out, a fire alarm was pulled by one of the children of a guest, and we all had to evacuate our rooms and stand outside the lobby. The only positive thing about this experience was a young lady named Selena at the front desk, who was sweet, helpful, and very professional. Upon leaving, I forgot my brand new UGG boots. When I called them from another hotel in Delaware, the night front desk/concierge was outrageously rude to me, yelling at me on the phone stating “How dare you talk about my housekeeping staff that way!“ When I JOKINGLY said “Hopefully the housekeeping staff hasn’t stolen them yet!“ This guy had a big fit about this, so much so that I hung up due his rage and had to call back the next day to ask for the Owner of this Hampton Inn, to discuss it with him. They finally sent me my UGG boots and charged me $25 postage for it. The worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Will stick with IG Holiday Inn Express from now on they are MUCH better!

A Great Hampton Inn!! A very clean and comfortable Hampton Inn in Western Mass! Front desk was kind and efficient. Easy to get in and out. Great location near town of Sturbridge and Treehouse Brewery. I will definitely stay again when in the area! Also just a minute from Avellino Italian, a great restaurant for dinner!
