Quick Trip to The Hills It's very clean property, great location for everything we did in the Hills. The lounge was an added bonus. Everything else in town had shut down for the season so we ended up eating at the 44, and that was a pleasant surprise, good food and great service!

Best Baymont I've been at Outstanding. We arrived during a significant thunderstorm. Weren't sure we'd even have power. No issues there. The covered front doorway was nice for unloading without getting wet. The front desk and staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was on the second floor and on the outside corner. It was spacious and clean. Everything was fine. We hardly heard the storm or any other noise. The A/C/Heat unit was quiet and worked fine. Everything was fine. I slept great. The breakfast was the usual fare but the breakfast room was open and kept clean. I would recommend getting some strawberry and blueberry preserves for the waffles (or toast). I would definitely stay here again.

Poor customer service from the manager. The place in itself was quite satisfactory. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, a pretty good breakfast. However, the manager (Pam) was not at all customer service oriented. We were in town for a funeral and I had rented 2 rooms for 2 nights and she chose which room to put me in. When I requested to change to the other room she started giving me grief and told me she would have to redo the paperwork. Keep in mind that I was paying for both rooms. The other people in our party had not yet arrived so I needed to leave the key cards at the desk to be picked up. She reiterated that she would have to redo the paperwork which she obviously did not want to do. The discussion escalated when we asked to see the manager, which apparently she was, so we asked who was her boss. She threatened to tell us we could not stay. Eventually she did change the paperwork but it was a totally unnecessary to have this battle and for a customer service business she is not the right person for the job. All the other employees we came in contact were very pleasant.
