Would definitely come here again. Very clean, very comfortable, fantastic shower, staff very helpful especially Kayley. We struggled to find the entrance to the hotel so don't follow your sat nav. Good selection at breakfast. Would definitely come here again if we come back to the area.

Probably Worth Considering Elsewhere We are on a cross country and back driving trip. By the time we stopped here on the return we’ve stayed at about 20 hotels and motels-everything from upscale city hotels to remote highway road motels. We expected the former here but got more of the latter. The pool was good though towels were scarce and breakfast was fair. The room for us was the most dilapidated we’ve had. The bathroom counter was falling apart (literally), rugs were torn and threadbare there was a place in the corner with a heap of drywall powder where wall was coming apart. One of the two elevators was out which made elevator service inadequate to the hotel. It was the first place we’ve stayed with neither a little coffee maker in the room or any service of coffee or water in the lobby. All around were signs that this was once a nice hotel but it has apparently not been adequately maintained with building and service cuts.

Worst Hotel Ever My stay was awful. We asked for a conjoined room over a week ago, didn't get one. On the first day the toilet overflowed, flowing all over the room and into the hallway, we shut the water off. No one came till the next morning to deal with the room. When we went downstairs to the pool we noticed another room with water outside the door and into the hallway. The next morning I grabbed a bagel and before eating it noticed it was covered in mold. I let the lady know, she removed my bagel, checked the other bagels, removed one and left two bagels for others to eat.

This hotel was very conveniently located for us. Staff here is very nice _ Reception staff is great; the breakfast staff is also very nice, and room cleaning staff the same. Good coffee ☕️ in the Lobby at 6 and the breakfast is great too. Parking is free and at the front entrance. This is our 3rd time booking here and the last 2 times for 5 nights. The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. We like coming back here also for their lovely pool. We will book again!

Slightly tired, but good washing machine facilities Comfortable rooms but lumpy pillows. Coffee machine temperamental, had to request “engineer” twice, didn’t solve issue when he did arrive. Reasonable breakfast sausages and potatoes, husband reported scrambled eggs not good. Efficient washing machine and tumble dryer, and well priced.
