Good quiet location easy to get to. This is a convention hotel so it is quite large. It was very full the weekend I was here but did not seem crowded. Easy to get to off the expressway. The first floor rooms surround a large atrium. My room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. The bar and dining area are small but look nice. Room was very clean and I did get great maid service. There is a small fridge but no microwave. No clock nor USB ports anywhere. Nice bathroom but water never got above lukewarm. Good lighting. Since the company booked it I assume it was a standard room with a King bed and couch. Keurig in the room had OK coffee. Breakfast is a buffet at $19 each and looked nice. No pool or hotub. Has two electric car charging stations. Front desk people seemed fine.

Ok, but needs an remodel badly This Hotel isn’t bad, but it’s not great either. This hotel was halfway updated, the hallways look updated and the room look updated at first glance, the mattress are old and the springs are bad so when you lay down you sink into the mattress. Not in a good way, there is zero support and hurt my Wife’s back, my kids and myself. The bathroom is cool with the open glass shower concept, but the staff forgets to leave bath mats so it turns really dangerous really quick. The ceiling titles are nasty and need to be replaced. I’m not a fan of this fake wood flooring. I prefer some sort of carpet near the bed and flooring near the door so you have a place for your shoes. The staff was ok, it almost seemed like we were bothering them when we asked more towels. We had 4 of us in the room with only two towels and we let them know when we checked in. They also didn’t refresh the room 3 out of the 5 days there. I’ve stayed at the Hyatt place for the same price and had a way better experience. Unfortunately they were sold out. Until this place is remodeled and the staff up their game I don’t think I’ll be back. On the plus side the laundry on each floor was nice.

Can't sleep I came to the Hotel late at night-early morning. I put out the do-not-disturb sign. But I was waken up by cleaning crew literally every hour from 8 in the morning, even though they saw the do-not-disturb sign. I couldn't sleep. This happened to me in the past as well. What a disgrace. They charge the most of any hotel in the area, basically paying 200 bucks to be bombarded with knocks on the door in the morning every hour.

Room needs updating. I had asked for a handicapped accessible room as my husband was going with me. He cancelled at last minute, because I didn't get the room I booked. Room needs updating, but I didn't spend much time there. TV's from other rooms were very loud and I wish they had coffee/ tea in lobby 24 hrs

February 2024 Good meal in the lounge, friendly bartender. We had an inside room, not sure if we would do that again, I was asking for quiet, not so much until the lounge closed up for the night. Bed linens were great, firm mattress. Rooms older style, smaller, clean and adequate for a short stay. Older iPod charger clock/radio made us chuckle. Good option for those looking for ann easy access hotel off 287 South.
