Steer Clear The hotel is dirty, old, and run down. The towels are cheap gym quality and the mattress was stiff as a board. The furniture was horrible and the refrigerator has a humming sound that required me to unplug it.

Wyndham doesn't care about its franchise hotels!!!! Managment and corporate couldn't give a crap about this property!!! The family and I stayed here for 1 night as we had driven up to visit the New York Renn Faire the next day. Arrived late, 9:30pm. Walked into lobby that absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. Lobby was dank and disgusting. The plastic covid protector was half gone having broken off. So they neither removed it completely or bothered to repair it. I should have known by the looks of the Lobby that the room was going to be just as bad. The room was awfull. The floor was dirty with food particles from previous guest. Paint wqs chipping and peeling throughout the room. Bed sheets had stains, pillow cases had stains and hair on them. Looked as though the beds were made between guests but the sheets weren't switched out for new ones. The bathroom atleast had new apparently clean towels, however the shower was gross. The shower head caked in lime stains. We had to pull all the sheets off the beds and use our own shirts to cover the pillows. I had tried to call the front desk to get new pillows, however the phone in the room didn't even work. Barely got any sleep. Oh yeah and the "light breakfast" included consisted of a coffee machine in the lobby with something given put in brown paper bags. Tried to call corporate after our stay. Their response when I complained was I had to deal with the hotel itself. From a supervisor named Collin from their customer care line, "I get what I deserve" I guess you get what you deserve when you try to stay at a budget friendly Wyndham property.

TOP FIVE I frequent this place it is quiet and the front desk staff is always very friendly and accomadating to me. Room has a big tv and good channels and a huge fridge and microwave all I really need haha, i LOVE IT HERE

find someplace else Smells bad, TV keeps rebooting and cant always find staff. There is no breakfast even though it is sold as having one. Over all poor and ended up leaving one night early out of two nigh stay. Will not go back.

Worst hotel stay ever. Dirty room, dirty bathtub, broken bathroom door, BROKEN TOILET SEAT, toilet doesn't flush properly, broken room furniture that caught on my dress and almost tore it, inch-thick dust on lampshades, torn and ripped cushioned headboard, peeling wallpaper, peeling ceiling paint. TIP: Stay away.
