Wonderful hotel but needs a little upkeep My king room is huge. Nice desk, tv, fridge, microwave and a large space for the coffee bar. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a five is because I had to leave my first room because the toilet was running. This room is nice but I guess the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and has not been replaced. This may seem petty but these little details are what makes the difference between 4 and 5. I got a bunch of emails asking me to check in online in advance but those didn’t work. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile. The toiletries are nice and are in big bottles that avoid the waste of tiny hotel bottles.

Worst service This hotel is the worst customer service ever. We travel a lot but this is the worst review, I will write. Upon, check in the front desk took my husband’s drivers license due to no bellman and had to use their luggage cart. The front desk clerk was busy when we returned it and wasn’t able to get the driver’s license back. The next morning at 6 am upon checking out , there was no one at the desk and was rushing to the airport. At the airport my husband realized that he didn’t get his license back and I did have our passports. Calling the hotel and speaking with two different clerks and the manager Stephanie, we have not gotten our drivers license. The clerks and manager was so aloof with this situation and not very helpful. Was told it would be mailed, but haven’t gotten it yet and it’s two weeks tomorrow. I really feel Hilton Awards name should look into these services and these clerks and manager ,need training classes.

There Is "No Honor" for the guest at the Hampton Suites In Suisun City!! When we checked in September 21, 2024, the clerk said she would have to keep my license as a formal I.D. regarding returning my Room Key. That's "stupidity" #1. How does a guest drive car without a license and isn't the guest on file & credit card?? #2 Do the guest have to turn in the room key every time he leaves giving the clerk or anyone else access to the guest's room? # 3. No one was at the desk at 9pm September 21, 2024. There were kids running rampant downstairs. They were playing with the computer, water bottle, coffee maker and no one was watching them. Even the food pantry was easy access for them. I waited downstairs for the clerk so I could purchase bottle water. No one came. If there were a camera on, it should have caught what was going on. Also, the clerk on the morning of September 22, 2024 did not do anything to a homeless man who walked right in and made himself some coffee. Also, some for his companion sitting outside. Seems they were waiting for breakfast too. He must do it regularly because he knows just where the coffee's at and helps himself. The desk clerk just watched. The morning of the 23rd of September 2024. We were checking out. No ones at the counter!! MY I.D. WAS NEVER RETURNED!!

Select carefully NOT WORTH THE MONEY / DONT COUNT ON GETTING SLEEP: Within my first 8 hours: paid extra for waterfront room but screens have huge rips in the so be ready for bugs if you keep the patio door open Sheets had a huge stain on it called front desk 5 times (on my phone as their phone system is still out) and was either immediately hung up on or the phone was picked up but no response Sounded like the staff simply picked up the phone and set it down, with no response, as I could hear the staff checking people in, but never responded me repeating "hello" (this was at 1:00am I was exhausted and find it inexcusable that I had to get dressed and go to the desk simply because staff doesn't respond Shower rod slopes down so the shower curtain doesn't stay shut so get plenty of towels as the bathroom floor is soaked with water after a shower. "Hot breakfast" was defrosted bagel bites, fried potatoes and the rest was just a continental breakfast Do not count on getting sleep! I had been up 22 hours and got maybe combined 2 hours sleep as all you hear are doors slamming and people walking in the above rooms Every time I have gone outside, there was homeless people either looking into peoples cars or going through the trash Not comforting when your taking your dog out after dark

Ew! Not *ever* going back here. From half a mile away the place seemed fine and was easy to find. though my concerns rose as I approached the place. While the location seemed to be in a nice business park, there were a lot of people hanging around who did not look at all like the people one would see anywhere near a business park. (A welfare office or soup kitchen would be a better bet.) My concerns were confirmed during the check-in process when what appeared to be a homeless person swooped into the lobby to help himself to the free coffee. Room was standard Hampton room, which is generally a compliment (kind of) but nothing special. The hotel WiFi was rubbish. I was unable to get online from my room and only got half a signal even from the lobby, which made for a frustrating experience. Worse was to come. The next morning when preparing to leave I used the bathroom only to discover not only that the water pressure in the showers was very poor but worst of all was the clump of someone's (quite luxuriant) hair stuck to the wall of the shower which the housekeeping crew had (heaven knows how) failed to notice. Knowing that Hampton Inn has a performance promise I reported these issues to the front desk and was assured that they were very sorry for the poor stay and would definitely make it right when they did the billing. When the e-invoice landed in my inbox I was underwhelmed to see that they had given me a whopping $13 credit against my bill, which just added insult to injury. Suffice to say I won't be returning.
