Some good, some bad Clean room. Actually smelled good. Comfy bed. Had a King suite - very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Parts of hotel are dated. Elevator area is dirty. Walking to distance to several restaurants. I ate at Logan’s and meal and service were good. Woke up several times throughout night due to vehicle noise out on road. Was like sleeping with window open.

Josh is the go to guy ! Talk about Southern Hospitality ! Manager Josh Green went above and beyond for me. I needed to check in early as I was caring for my sick sister and coming from out of town. True to his word, he was able to find a room for me to check in early and got all of my preferences. He even made sure my keys fit the side door because I love a private entrance. Location? Amazing! Right across from Walmart. Rooms? Clean AF. Even breakfast was amazing. TY for a great trip, guys! Took my stress away.

Super noisy room!!! They put me on room 108 , right behind elevator. Super noisy. They must not sell this room! Do not sell this room to guess. Super noisy. I asked to move us to another room but they don’t give to us. But the front desk only employee that follow the order from the management. They can not sell noisy room that they know.

Some Issues I was thanked for being an IHG member by a personable host. She asked if first floor was okay and I replied as long as it was away from the highway and quiet. She gave us room 324 instead. The room had two refrigerators, the usual small, but also a larger one, such as for a one-room apartment. Internet speed test to be 9.4 Mbps up and down. There were no USB ports in the lamps or anywhere else. Traffic on the road was heavy and loud. The noise came through the window, which did not seem to be double-glazed for noise reduction. Though after about 10:00 p.m. the traffic subsided, it resumed with a vengeance around 4:00 a.m. An extra blanket already was in the room as requested in our reservation. The bathroom had poor shower water strength, but the temperature of it was good. The bathroom also was poorly lit. The toilet seemed lower than the low toilets at other hotels. We did not see any handicapped parking spaces near the main entrance, though I did get a decent spot just by chance. When we left the following morning, I still did not see any. Perhaps they were at the far end of the building. Breakfast was rather good, there were two types of omelets (cheese and a "yuppie" vegetable), both chicken and pork sausage, and strong coffee, the best of our whole trip. There was a TV in the breakfast room and it was turned up way too loud to be able to carry on a conversation with my wife.

Older hotel The hotel is getting old and you can tell in the room I rented. The shower had a hole repaired in wall, and it was painted. The tub/shower drain was mostly clogged. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I could have asked for a new room, but didn’t because it was a short stay.
