a Great Experience Competent and friendly reception: I arrived late due to my flight delay, and we were very well received. The apartment: is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. It has complete facilities, such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and other utensils, if you want to have some meals in the apartment (and not have to eat exclusively in restaurants) The hotel: has its own self-parking, has a nice pool and is one block from the beach. So, I strongly recommend staying at Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel.

Great location & Value Great location & value. 1 block from 96th St entrance to Surfside walking path, 2 blocks from Bal Harbour Mall , & from lots of little shops & restaurants (including cvs & Starbucks) on Harding Ave. // lovely clean small hotel with air b&b home feeling; with friendly staff. // nice place if you want to stay in bal Harbour but aren’t looking for a high end luxury resort

Great Stay We enjoyed our stay very much. Luis and Vanessa were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and the facilities are very clean. The hotel offers many amenities, including a swimming pool with lounge chairs and outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather.

Great experience ! Beautiful hotel and well kept. The best part of the stay was Luis, the manager. Professional, helpful and kind. Free parking and felt secure. So close to the beach and they provide you with everything you need. We will return ! Thank you Luis !

Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel is a Great Place to stay! The suite was neat, clean, and very comfortable! Would definitely stay again! The staff was great to work with and very helpful! We got in late and we were greeted as we walked up to the door by the manager who helped with the luggage to the suite. The hotel has a great location to the beach or shopping and restaurants!
