Room to spread out. We were visiting family and spent only the evenings in the hotel. It was nice to have another room with a couch and ottomans to relax on. On the last day I went to grab a breakfast and was surprised. It didn't measure up to what we had in other hotels. Everything is packages. For the last day since we were heading to the airport, we could grab and go so it was perfect. The pastries in the package were fairly good, but your hot meal will be whatever you decide to toast and coming from a package. Aah... but the rooms, Wow. Clean and spacious, especially for the price. Good value.

Family emergency The landscaping was exceptional However the outside is pretty much run down it needs to be painted . Inside the rooms as well Could not watch TV During my whole 2 days of stay TV did not work The Grab and go breakfast was pretty good A huge pond Is with fish and turtles very gorgeous The lake has carp fun to catch and release Overall this place is pretty awesome I would like to Rephrase on the exterior painting It is overall In good shape just a lot of areas Blistering and peeling I would definitely recommend this hotel

Good place to spend the night, not great. Lobby 5 stars. Hallways, elevator, other common areas in bad need of facelift, 2.5 stars. Guest rooms, pictures online look much nicer than the actual area. TV's intermittent, possibly due to rain and poor lighting in the bathrooms and second sink area. 3.5 stars.

A Welcome mat to Surprise The Facility has helpful friendly team members, well laid out and comfortable rooms, xlean, and quiet,making for a restful time after handling business needs during the day. Excellent coffee choices for the morning, along with healthy breakfast choices.

short stay room was clean, easy check in & check out, friendly staff, no dogs,, not good, free coffee but free breakfast ??? better to go a block down the street to Burger King to get something worth eating for breakfast.
