Excellent services Came for my husbands birthday.. reception didn't get the ladies name excellent service upgraded our room and early check in which was great. Then we came for dinner as dinner was included and excellent service from Sophie thank you so much for making our evening special. Also Holly at the bar was great made excellent cocktails. Our second time here will definitely be back and recommended to our family. Thanks to Ahmed and his team for great services

Excellent 5* Sunday dinner I visited the Belfry for Sunday dinner at Ryder grill, I was served by Paul, Jack and Alina, all the staff was very helpful and attentive. The food was 10/10 and the puddings were so delicious! I loved it all; I can’t wait to return.

Disgusted by the customer service Terrible experience - not what you expect from a 4-star hotel We arrived at midnight to check in and were assured that connecting rooms were available as requested. However, when we went up to our room, we discovered they were not connecting at all. I explained how important it was for my child to be in a connecting room, but after waiting 40 minutes at reception, we were finally taken to rooms that were clearly meant for a single person despite there being three of us. There weren't even any water bottles provided. The staff member assured us we would be "looked after in the morning." The manager's behavior the next morning was extremely rude. Instead of listening to my complaint, she immediately started with "you got what you wanted" and blamed Booking.com for not passing on the information - even though the details were clearly visible the night before. When I mentioned I had called the reception earlier in the week, she dismissed it. She then insisted all their rooms come with king beds, completely unaware that her own staff had already apologized for giving us a double bed instead of a king. I've had better experiences at Travelodge . The attitude and behavior of the staff were appalling. This is absolutely not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Definitely not coming back to this place

Wonderful!! I spent my birthday at The Belfry. It was wonderful! The staff are very attentive and helpful, the spa clean and relaxing, our room comfortable and a really good size. We got a bottle of Prosecco as part of the deal, lunch, dinner and a 50 minute treatment. Mine was with Candy who was so lovely and very proficient. I could've fallen asleep!! Would highly recommend and will be back!
