And enjoyed the hotel much. …… I want to commend the excellent and dedicated staff : Shannon - Jewel - and Joseph. …… Plus the other hard working staff - we saw while there. I would Recommend this hotel to others. And may return to there for our future beach trips.

Car trouble We came to swansboro NC because our niece had passed away. The day before we were to check out we had car trouble. We needed to extend our stay by one day. Shannon was a god send to us. The next day they still didn't have our car fixed. Shannon was amazing again.

Nice as you would expect from Hampton Inn Room air conditioner not working right so they ask someone else to switch rooms so they could move us. Dog was in breakfast room area for 2 different mornings. They were feeding him from the table. Didn't see anything about being a service dog. Front desk didn't ask them to leave so not sure if service or not. Surely the front desk would know?? Room was good, front desk ladies were very nice.

Great stay while visiting family We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was a mini-suite, spacious and quiet. All of the staff members were courteous and polite when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the kitchen staff were there every morning to make sure we had what we needed. We will definitely make this hotel our go-to place when visiting family in Swansboro. The hotel is located conveniently off Rt. 24 in Swansboro, a quaint little village with a cute downtown area and plenty of places to eat and explore.
