What the... Night manager was "unavailable"/ locked himself in a back room. I had to call corp# to get him to come to FRONT DESK!! Who knows what he was doing?? Either way... there was ZERO attendance paid to the lobby at 1am! I can't imagine this is IHG protocol? Unacceptable IHG..

Once and never again It’s maybe the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever been. Computer system down, TV not working, shower broken, air condition loud etc. Stay away from this property! It doesn’t make the stay better, if the manager gives you an extra discount or extra points. The hotel needs a massive refurbishment!

Horrible Hotel Stay Away I was just told by the front desk that they only had one person to fix problems. We had a toilet that stopped up due to extremely low water pressure. The front desk said I would have to come up there and get a PLUNGER and unstop myself. Can you believe that backwards, ridiculous advice! I'm a customer renting a room for a week and their response is they had no-one to come unstop it! I've been staying at hotels all my life and this is just CRAZY candid camera stuff. Stay away from this horribly run dump and backwards customer service place. Stay away from ALL HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTELS. This must go on at others as well! NOT up to standard for Holiday Inn Express-move on! This does not meet the Holiday Inn Express HIE Standard - I cannot believe this to be as rundown as it is. Bathroom wiped but not clean; the shower curtain is dingy needs to be washed. There are mildew areas around shower tub handle and shampoo containers. There is no stopper in the sink. The bathroom ceiling vent is clogged and really needs to be vacuumed. The TV remote is dirty. Very loud squeaking ventilation system. This feels very low end.

Broken elevator, Broke Pool, Broken everything The lady at the desk was nice, but I could feel her frustration over the owner’s neglect of this property. I have been staying at the property for work over the past couple years and it seems like the ice machine and pool have been out of order since 2020. This time, the elevator was down and of course I was on the top floor. I am in good shape, so stairs don’t bother me, but I feel for people with small children. The room was clean and bed comfortable, but the room had its own maintenance issues. Upon walking in the room, I was welcomed by a defrosted fridge that left a huge puddle of bleach water on the floor. One of the fire sprinklers was hanging from the ceiling and the ac was leaking and soaked the carpet. Lastly, there was some clear roof damage and water leak by the window, which is now molding.
