Very Good Front Desk Service Sai was very helpful and attentive. Made check in a breeze. He was very helpful with information about the local stores near the hotel. I was very pleased with the urgency that registration took. Sai handled this with the utmost professionalism.

A Wonderful Place to Rest I needed a place to stay for three nights before moving out of Syracuse. I chose Clarion due to its proximity to the University. Check-in, check-out, breakfast, housekeeping, safety, silence, cleanliness and beds were all part of my very positive experience with Clarion. I would like to also mention Sai who did my check-in and then on a number of occasions answered my questions. His attitude is clearly guest-oriented and pleasant.

Not what it appears to be Upon arriving, I thought the area was a bit seedy, but it was fine. It initially appears as a motel with outside access to the rooms, but it isn't. It was a quiet stay and the rooms ate nice. Sai, at the front desk, checked me in and had excellent customer service.
