Decent property, great free breakfast We spent a full week here. As others mentioned it is not in a great area of town (homeless, sketchy motels, etc) but the property itself is better than the surrounding areas. We had no issues during our stay. I will say the breakfast was top notch for a hotel free breakfast offering. Good quality eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes on a couple of the days, hot cinnamon rolls, and other options.

Worst hotel experience ever This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at ANY IHG hotel ever. 1st, they will charge your credit card prior to your arrival (even if your corporate ID allows for same day cancel - they still charge you when your still in the cancellation window period??) Angie F the manager of the property was supposed to give me a call and never did, and had completely unprofessional front desk staff who were not very helpful. Upon arrival, the first room I went to had a pungent odor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I went to the front to ask for a new room, and received one. The second room I went to had female hairs all up and down the shower, curtain, and walls in bathroom. Clearly had not been cleaned either. When I asked for a new room, I was told they are sold out. I then had to contact corporate customer service to file a complaint as this hotel and the management are not even giving me a courtesy phone call. 0/10 - the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will be fighting like hell to get my money back.

Most comfortable bed! I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and the location was near where I was working. The inside of the hotel was clean and safe. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of charging ports for all of my gadgets. I love a soft bed and wish every IHG room had this exact bed, it was so comfortable! There was some road noise, but I threw on my airpods and slept through the night. I didn't notice any hallway or adjacent room noise. I didn't eat breakfast, so cant comment on that. The staff was kind and caring. Only downfall....the neighborhood. I wouldn't leave valuables in the vehicle, and lock up well.

Bad Neighborhood, Convenient to SeaTac and Mt. Rainier Room and breakfast were as expected for a Holiday Inn Express, but the neighborhood was pretty bad…boarded up apartments and the strip mall next to the hotel had a caved in roof. We landed late at SeaTac late at night and wanted to be up early for Mt Rainier. It was a good location for that purpose, for one night. If staying longer, I would go elsewhere.
