Terrible experience This was my worst experience in a hotel: no shower curtain, no trash can in the room, and no complimentary breakfast provided as advertised. The maid never cleaned the rooms. I was told they don't since COVID. The appliances were dirty, rusty, and beaten up. Most of the staff had attitudes.

Comfortable, Quiet, Good Location The accommodations are comfortable, it is quiet, and it is in a great location. I was concerned because all of the hotels in Tallahassee seemed to be over-priced but this one met my needs and I enjoyed my stay. I was pleasantly surprised, they did a super job.

Weekend in hell The weekend we stayed was like a weekend in hell. There were no safety features for disabled individuals, no hand rails in shower, low commodes, and no anti slip mat in tub. No clean towels, keycards for doors never worked, coffee in the room but no coffee pot, and no hair dryer. The wall mounted desk and lights detached and fell on the floor off the wall, but thankfully no one was hurt. Had to move to 4 different rooms in 3 days. There was also a shooting in the parking lot one night (6 shots no police response). I had better accommodations in south east Asia during the Vietnam war. I would not let my dog stay there if I had one. This place should be closed down, torn down, and turned into a parking lot. Would certainly not recommend to anyone unless you want a weekend in hell.

SCAM, DO NOT BOOK!! If we could choose 0 stars, we would, but they only allow a 1 star for the minimum rating. This was the worst experience of our lives. For a weekend that should have been a celebration for our son graduating from FSU, this garbage hotel and company (owned by Pax Hotel Group) ruined it. We made the reservations 7 months earlier and we confirmed the reservation with Casa Bella directly the DAY BEFORE our arrival. However, when we showed up, they told us they canceled our reservation. They did not contact us ahead of time, but just waited for us to show up. At first they lied, just stating we couldn't find your reservation. Then they admitted they had to cancel the reservation because of "construction and supply chain shipping delays". However, this was also a lie. Instead, they canceled our reservation and resold it for 3 times the price. They have not refunded us our money. When I requested they send us an email confirmation of THEIR cancelling the room, they sent us a standard template email that stated "Sorry your plans have changed." Another lie. I called and requested the manager write us an email that states THEY canceled the reservation, and was told "There's nothing more I can do for you" and hung up. They will not longer take our calls, as the phone just rings and rings. By the way, we tried to contact Casa Bella's parent hotel group, PAX, and they do not even give you a way to contact management, their call center immediately transfers you to the hotel directly, which again, they answer and hang up, because they know they did the unethical (possibly illegal) action of re-selling our rooms to get more money, since it's graduation weekend and they can get triple what we paid 7 months ago. This place is a SCAM. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Reading other Google reviews, this is clearly their standard operating procedure. Another FSU family coming to Tallahassee for Graduation posted a Google review about the EXACT same horrific situation -where Casa Bella cancelled their reservation, without notifying them when they went to check in on Friday, May 3, leaving them high and dry with no place to stay for their child's graduation weekend!!!. We will be filing a Better Business Bureau official complaint and contacting an attorney. SHAME ON YOU Casa Bella Inn & Suites. Your business literally creates nightmares and chaos for families coming to FSU for what should be a memorable, milestone weekend in their lives. I hope all of the customer's actions and reviews will eventually shut you down, so you don't ruin people's lives any more!

Very rude and unprofessional experience. Do NOT recommend this hotel. The management of this hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived a 1pm and were asked to come back at 3 unless we wanted to pay for early arrival check in. We arrived back at 2:45, to be informed that our reservation was canceled, and any reservations made prior to January 2024 were canceled. Our reservation was made through Expedia in Sept of 2023, however, I updated to just one night in Jan 2024, directly through the Motel. The Manager on duty, informed us that we were sent an email cancelation notifying us. I asked to see a copy of this alleged notification, when she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. After a brief back and forth, and refusing to give me her name, she finally printed the communication activity on my reservation. They had updated my email incorrectly, so I never received the communication (this should have sent a kickback to them of invalid email), however, the notification was sent Thursday May 2nd, 24 hours prior to our reservation! We had flown in for a graduation and now we had no where to get ready for the event that evening! The manager on duty offered no resolution or other options. We were left scrambling to find any vacancies in a sold out area due to multiple college graduations. It was a horrible representation of their brand and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
