Terrible Stay After a Long Journey.... never again After driving over 2,500 km, my family and I were greeted by an aloof receptionist who seemed uninterested in assisting us. Upon entering our room, which was supposed to accommodate six of us with two queen beds and a sofa bed, we immediately noticed a missing pillow. When I approached the reception for assistance, the same staff member dismissively suggested we "sleep without it" and wait until the next day to request another. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this simple issue, her lack of concern was evident, especially since no management was available to help at 5 PM. The room's condition was far from welcoming, reeking of mold and overall uncleanliness, with trash scattered even in the hallways. This appalling odor was so pervasive that our clothes still smell of it days later. The building seemed to lack effective security measures, as doors did not close properly, and the mattresses were so old that the springs could be felt, promising a backache. The bathroom was frankly disgusting, never once did we consider showering without sandals. Each day brought a new unpleasant "surprise" of mold and odors. The only saving grace was the breakfast service, although for the last four days of our stay, there was no hot coffee due to a broken machine, which seemed to bother no one on the staff. The only commendable staff member was the lady managing the breakfast area in the mornings, who diligently restocked items even minutes before closing. She truly made an effort to accommodate guests. To the receptionist and the rest of the staff: if you are not happy in your job, it might be time to consider other career paths. This hotel desperately needs a thorough clean-up, renovation, and a complete staff overhaul to truly cater to and care for its guests.

Unexpected! This has been changed from a very well managed Manager. Unfortunately, when in process of selling to another Company, Leave as is. This is how we as Customers would want to see it again as. Coffee Cups were a disaster. It leaked right through my Cup. I even got Coffee on me, along with Bedding. I once wrote; it's not worth going to a Hotel that was so well managed. Now, TV has Not been the same neither. You don't receive channels as beforehand. Where is Channel 10? Where is Reelz? This was on my listing as I was a guest. Get with it! You should look the part as before, only better. We all want luxury when going out of town for a stay away. The PRICE IS STEEP, NOW DO A STEEP JOB. IF YOU WANT LESS THAN BEFORE, LET IT BE KNOWN BEFORE MAKING AN ARRANGEMENT TO ATTEND,SO WE CAN LOOK ELSEWHERE? THANK YOU!

Very comfortable The property is very clean. I enjoyed the nostalgia of breakfast at a hotel. That was a plus. The front desk team need to do evaluations tbh. Dellie at the front desk was so nice and polite she even gave us suggestions on where to eat but the other young girl whoaaa didn’t seem to want to be there. I’m front the Caribbean and work as a manager in hospitality and her attitude wouldn’t have worked where I’m from. Over all I’ll come back here or recommend especially because it’s close to sawgrass.

Room Well where do I start. We wanted a room with a shower not a tub with a shower. None available so we stayed in a handicap room . The shower is wheel chair accessible so we had to put towels down. Water would get on the floor. The room decor is old and very dreary. Musty smell in room and I can go on. This was close to ninety five so that is why we stayed here. The breakfast is very good and clean. Oh I had to call the front desk because they are redoing the second floor and banging and hammering away at seven fifteen at night. The manager had to come and check it out. The shower handle came off which they fixed and I told them the sink is loose and wobbly in bathroom. Three nights here and I can not wait to go home.I should of checked the reviews first before booking my fault.

Travelers Beware! Staff are rude and incapable of effectively doing their jobs; check your credit or bank accounts BEFORE leaving the property once you check out; entire interior of property smells like marijuana; no housekeeping services provided during stay & if you need CLEAN towels/wash cloths, you have to go to front desk to request & collect them (I suppose you’re supposed to wash yourself with the same cloth over and over, who knew?!); literal HOLE in elevator floor in “B” building; ROACHES in “suite.” Just a literal whole ass mess trying to attend a family member’s memorial service. We were treated disgracefully and had money charged fraudulently on our account by the hotel staff. BEWARE!!
