Terrific Stay! Friendliest, welcoming and very sanitized hotel! Lisa at the front desk made my arrival and stay extra special. This staff goes the extra mile to accommodate in any way possible. Plenty of choices for food choices a short drive away. I will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Not the best but not the worst stay. Hotel and room were clean although our room had a bit of a musty smell. Biggest problem was that a man was assigned the same room and walked in while I was half dressed. Front desk blamed it on computer error.

Better than expected Very nice rooms, no musty smells in halls or room, clean, wi-fi great, personable staff, not one complaint. We were expecting the typical chain hotel that Hampton Inns WERE. I am guessing they have been bought out by Hilton and that is why the stay was above expectations. Would definitely stay again.

It was okay until I found a fleas... Simply put I found fleas in my room and it was unsettling. I found one hopping around in the bed and I know there was more. I thought the hotel had a no pets policy but apparently this isn’t the case.

Horrible Customer Service The customer service was horrible from the time we entered the hotel until we left. They charged my card multiple payments and would not help resolve the matter. I had to contact my bank and get clarification on where the charges came from. I was told by the front desk that the matter at hand wasn’t much to worry about. It was much for me, seeing double the payment come off my card.
