Outstanding customer service and beautiful lodge! Our stay at Taos Valley Lodge was a total pleasure. Really nice room with everything we needed including comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, nice shower and wonderful large screen TV. The other guests were quiet and the scenery surrounding the lodge is beautiful. We really appreciate Nic bending over backwards to make us feel welcome and to help us in every way. Cassie too was so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone planning a visit to Taos and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Nic and Cassie for making our stay not only pleasant but also memorable.

Outstanding Experience and Service We arrived in Taos and last minute we needed a place to stay for the night and Nic at the front desk was very helpful and made our stay here very personable. The staff was super nice and there were no lines or waits. The room was very clean and AC worked great! The size of the TV for the room was pretty amazing too! And to end our experience, the espresso bar was very convenient and had great bagel sandwichs and coffee! We highly recommend this place and will be staying everytime we return to taos!

Home Away from Home The rooms are great. Pillow top beds and big flat-screen tvs. Peet's Coffee is excellent. Great service. My co workers and I always stay here when we're working in Taos. Great hospitality. Excellent customer service. Nick is a great person. He's always in a happy mood and he treats everyone with respect. Him and his entire staff are professional and down to earth. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Place to stay! My friend and I spent only one night here but it was lovely! ◦ The staff was very kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. . Room was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of very useful amenities. They have an amazing coffee shop on site, with great coffee and delicious pastries. One of the best 1 ever had! Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone, I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful service as always! I love staying at Taos Valley Lodge! They consistently have the best customer service and the staff are always going out of their way to accommodate you. They genuinely care about your experience, which makes this our go-to hotel every time we come to Taos. The deluxe rooms are gorgeous and very modern. There is a caffe on site and the hotel is very close to the plaza. I highly recommend!
