Great Location and Affordable This might be the best value in town. The location was great. Essentially ski in/ ski out as it's right across a parking lot from lift 7 and just a 7-minute walk to the gondola. Although the inn shows some age the room was clean and had some visible updates. The kitchenette provided was nice, which we used for breakfast and to stock up on snacks. The grocery store in town is just about a 7-minute walk from the inn. There was no housekeeping during our stay, but we were able to restock our towels, garbage bags, etc... at the office whenever needed when they were open 9am-evening, which worked out fine for us. The two hot tubs they had were nice after long days of skiing and the staff were super nice and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for an affordable place in Telluride. It was a fraction of the price compared to other hotels in town and didn't feel we sacrificed quality.

Terrible Experience We paid $330 for room 209 with a dog on 7-16-24 at the last minute. Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean and had a microwave, refrigerator and nice TV. However, the room was hot and musty. Bedding was two hard twin beds pushed together. Location was very difficult to find and navigate. No parking available within a quarter mile of the hotel. Large caliber gun shot fired off directly behind the hotel after midnight. We hit the floor, waited a few minutes, and cleared out immediately.

Everything you need in a great location Office staff were upbeat and friendly. I requested an iron and board and they got it to me right away. Parking was a little tricky to get to, but they explained it perfectly and had a convenient map of telluride to help. Once we parked right on the other side of the hotel in the carhenge lot we left the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The location is great! The room was a little stark looking, but everything we needed such as a fridge and a microwave and was very clean. The bathroom is large. The inn is next to the town river and you can walk out and sit next to it. The two hot tubs are also next to the river. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, okay room The location deserves 5 stars and the reason for my second time staying here. The room itself was OK, obviously the lodging is affordable by ski resort standards but at $350 a night, i wish the rooms would be cleaned a bit more thoroughly On both my visits here I found the furniture very dusty, random strands of hair from previous guests strewn about and a grimy and not very clean shower stall. And the carpet should certainly get one thorough steam cleaning. It was extremely dirty, dusty and stained. But again the location is unbeatable.

In a great location, clean and comfortable I was pleasantly surprised to see that this is the same place I stayed with my late husband in 2017. Very convenient to town and the bus stop. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was supposed to be included but for some reason, parking spaces were overbooked so that was frustrating.
