Great Stay and wonderful staff I would like to thank all the staff, including Blanche, Allan, and Archie for taking such good care of us during our most recent stay. They are always very attentive to any and all issues that may occur, and always correct them quickly. The staff is constantly improving the hotel, and you feel like family when you stay there. I would have no issues recommending this hotel to anyone, they do a great job, and it shows. Thank you again.

Never again Filthy with roaches. They probably could have gotten rid of the roaches. Had they cleaned the room. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible. However, the bathroom floor was slippery and the bed was 33 inches high. We were told that it was only cleaned once every three days but was never cleaned in six days I stayed there. The morning front desk, clerk was rude and accused me of clogging the toilet. When the maintenance man came to unclog the toilet heleft a mess in the bathroom, which was never cleaned up.

Yuck Mold in room including ceiling. Poor room service. Poor mattress. general cleanliness. Lots of signs indicating what the customer must do to keep th proprietor happy, including threats about linens. No chance to review inventory before check in

They are the go-to place when our facility of seniors have to evacuate! We have used this hotel for five evacuations for a group of senior residents from a retirement community. Having to evacuate back-to-back with Hurrican Helene and Milton was very stressful for our seniors, and I am sure for the staff. You would have never guessed it from the staff's standpoint. They welcomed us with open arms both times and made sure we had everything we needed. They are all top notch from the Front Desk, the Breakfast Cook, the Housekeeping Staff, Maintenance and of course the Management. Also, their continental breakfast is to die for!

Front Desk Manager a Rock Star during Hurricane Milton Evacuated to the Temple Terrace Ramada during Hurricane Milton. The man at the front desk was a rock star. Everyone was stressed and he handled everyone with humor and kindness. The same was said for the rest of the staff who helped with random issues. I was grateful to have a comfortable room and even hot coffee when the area was down with a power outage due to the generator they brought in.
