Nice place to stay The first impression was not the best. The desk clerk was a bit rough. The room was an average 2 bedroom room. The beds were comfortable and there were 4 good pillows. Asked the desk clerk for extra blankets and was told that they did not have any. That was a first. Have never heard that before. The room was well lit. There were no USB ports. There were a coffee maker, a microwave, and a fridge. The fridge needed defrosting. TV was good. There was no booklet with emergency info, TV channel listing, hotel info, area attractions, etc. The shower was very nice. Large walk-in. No tub. Water pressure and volume were poor like most hotels. The toilet seat was very loose. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The bag breakfast was pathetic!! Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price.

Refused to do refund for checking out a day early I had a king bed room. I will say the beds were comfortable . They gave a great amount of pillows. So what was upsetting is I had to leave a day early and they refused to give a refund for that day. So I lost out on $90 because they refuse to do the refund . They also have a $100 deposit that you do get back when you check out but we were not told about it when we did the reservation so when we got there they charged us the $100 deposit and we almost didn't have enough money for it they never let us know ahead of time . It's a good hotel compared to some . Though I'm not sure if I'll ever use them again due to the fact that I lost money because of their refusal for a refund with me having to check out early .

Find a better place, any place. Don't stay here Bottom of the line motel. The hallways smell like Marijuana. The carpets haven't been shampooed in years. My room had non working a/c and because I was here at my company's request then had to wait in lobby all day, the woman working the front desk was outside smoking when I asked her if I could leave my suitcase behind the counter while I walked over to Wendy's to grab a bite. She swore to me that I could leave it with her and she would put it somewhere safe til I returned. When I got back my suitcase was still outside and she was nowhere to be found. I walked inside and she's behind the counter and I couldn't believe it. This same woman I caught sleeping at her desk earlier in the day. Staff here are pathetic.

Other positive reviews are ALL LIES Worst hotel I've ever been to. 2nd time here. Was hoping the 1st was a fluke based on good reviews. Close to USF which is the reason for the stay to drop off my son for his freshman year, go Bulls. There will be a POSSE OF LURKING LOITERERS outside all the time. They make it uncomfortable and its literally intimidating and feels unsafe walking past to get into the hotel. There will absolutely be mold in your bathroom and shower. Our ac unit literally leaked its condensation on the room carpet,so it was soaked always. We had the ac set at 60, but it never got below 74,,Fact,, in Central South very hottt Florida. This made it difficult to sleep. Oh, and instead of pillows you got half pillows! What the hell are the half pillows about? Oh and skip the fake breakfast. Just trust me. I don't write reviews unless it's an extremely amazing or terrible experience so I'm not that guy. This place is epic terrible. Judge for yourself but I do NOT RECOMMEND

Never again We arrived after a long trip so we didn’t see the horrors until the next morning. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Extremely dirty corners. I hit my ankle on a metal piece sticking out of the bed (did report to staff upon check out). Spider in the sink. It’s now dead. Roach crawling on closet door, it’s now dead. But wasn’t able to kill the roach CRAWLING INSIDE THE MICROWAVE!!!! Staff was nice. Breakfast was brown bag with English muffin (didn’t eat it because we were not going to heat that up in our roach-infested microwave), & breakfast bar.
