Great for groups Our church group stayed here while helping at a community center. The whole staff was super nice (the sweet ladies who fed us breakfast, the personable people at the front desk, and the polite housekeepers who did a great job with providing us a clean and comfortable place to stay.) I highly recommend staying here.

Good Time at this Hotel The water was extremely hot. The elevator was a little suspicious and our door had a sort of faulty lock. Otherwise, the service was good. The ladies in the kitchen and lobby were very polite to us. Though we had a group that was quite loud and potentially annoying, they never complained nor were they rude. They had free waters and cookies at the counter. I had a weird experience with the wifi but otherwise you really cant beat this place for a cheaper but solid experience.

Exceptional kitchen staff! The breakfast selection was amazing, but Niki and the kitchen staff were exceptional. Niki in particular was so attentive to everyone, asking if anyone needed anything, while being genuinely friendly...a rare thing, and so special. Everyone, from the desk to the cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. These employees deserve a raise.

Second stay, still happy! This was our second stay at this hotel, both times for a funeral in a nearby town. Both experiences have been great. It may not be the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in, but it definitely met our needs. What pushes this hotel to the top of my list is the customer service we experienced. I wish I could remember the young man's name, but he worked at the front desk in the evening, and was kind, helpful, and went out of his way to get a working coffeemaker in our room. Breakfast was fine - typical buffet fare. But again, what pushed it over the top was the service. The young woman working was attentive, caring, and made sure the buffet was kept well stocked. The location is not the most convenient, but it is easy enough to find and to get on and off the highway.
