Great hotel in a cute location A really wonderful hotel. It had lovely free coffee and apples in the lobby. The staff were absolutely lovely. Very knowledgeable about the local area and all had a wonderful sense of humour. I absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms need a bit of love - a little dark. The bathroom was beautifully clean. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, but certainly a great way to start your day. The hotel is in a really good area just next to ten station and opposite a park. Walkable to the city centre in about 10 mins. I know a new company has taken this hotel over and I look forward to seeing where they take it! There is a gym next door that you can get a guest pass for. The gym is amazing , but take toiletries and a bottle of water with you.

Very dissapointing staff. Only effort is to make you feel UNwelcome. Arrived to check in, found the reception closed because confused with the events center. Was frantically calling and WhatsApp'ing the hotel, nobody ever answered. After 2 hours wandering with heavy baggage in the station, I solved the confusion by myself and arrived to the right reception. When asked why they didn't respond to my calls, they said they were "too busy". There was barely clients in reception. At breakfast, they didn't have registered my breakfast reservation. I had to go back and forth to reception to prove I had breakfast included. Arrived late to my business appointments because they didn't have their files in good order. At the room, from the beginning there was no soap in the bathroom. I thought nevermind, they will replenish it during the day. I arrived from work in the evening to find out nobody came to clean the room....! In a "4 Stars" hotel......! Went to reception *again* and they said that "housekeeping already went home". The check out day, I thought I would receive an apology from the hotel about everything what went wrong. Instead, if thought things couldn't get worse, they proved me wrong: the lady at the counter asked me "did you pay the taxes?". Yes I did. Her eyes half-closed: "Are you sure? " I couldn't believe it. I literally had to show her the deduction from my bank account so she could be "persuaded" I paid all my costs. ...! There won't be a next time for me in this hotel with 0 customer service. But if you still want to go, ask a receipt for everything you paid. Otherwise they won't find it, and you will have to prove yourself you paid to them and spend your valuable time proving a reservation they should have duly registered. Seems too much to ask. I believe this is the worst service ever had in a 4 Stars hotel in decades. 2 starts would be more in "good ORDER". Never again.
