Stay in Spring, TX Stay is comfortable Customer service is great Prices for good for a long stay It is very close to stores and I-45 I would recommend this motel even for a month-long stay There is a laundry room where you can use your cards There is a grocery store and fast food restaurants nearby. There are a couple of Pharmacies close by

Good and Bad (Roaches) Relocating from California I needed a place to stay for 1-2 months while my house was being built in the Woodlands. Extended stay was a nice location and advertised as a home away from home. The room was spacious and clean and had a small kitchen. There were some nice touches like an abundance of towels, three pillows, and a very comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly, professional, and nice. Some of the issues are: I experienced a severe cockroach problem. The room was full of them. I notified the management and they stated they were aware of the problem and that they are spraying weekly. I bought traps and had 12 of them in my room and there continued to be a problem with many of the bugs crawling around. I had a light burned out and it took almost a week to have the bulb changed. The weekly housekeeping has been extended to every two weeks due to COVID (not sure why this makes a difference) and when they did come after 2 weeks they didn't clean the bathroom or any of the dead cockroaches off the floor. This extended day has great potential, but the bug problem and housekeeping detail is an opportunity for them. Hopefully the managment will make a few adjustments. It really can be a nice place to stay.

Courier I’ve made my way to pc ok WiFi’s good! I was able to work from my room minus no breakfast but that’s ok a lovely young lady cantrina she called shortly after I enter my room to see if everything up to my standards and yes it was thanks! I also was able to get fresh towels and she was really busy with ringing busy phone line and other guest walking in she never stop smiling keep up being a Phenomenal woman! My room was nice and clean and cozy cantrina stay bless love.❤️

Accomodating, friendly staff! Yesenia and the staff have been very nice and helpful to my family. She has been wonderful and caring to us! We feel welcomed and safe here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for individuals and families that need an affordable place to stay.
