Excellent as usual We always stay here if possible when in Thibodaux! Wonderful & helpful staff! They always help with any needs. They provide a great breakfast & wonderful, clean accommodations! Location is great for restaurants & Nicholls State University!

The worst night sleep I ever had in a hotel I had the worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The King bed was super soft and worn in a way that made me feel like my feet were higher than my head. I asked if they had firmer beds and was told all the beds are the same. The front desk help were pretty lackluster and did not welcome us or thank us for our two-night stay. The in-room coffee is garbage, but the lobby coffee not too bad. I also did not appreciate the $143 rate the first night, which shot up to about $175 the second night. The bathroom light illuminates the whole room, and you cannot NOT use it if you want to go to the toilet behind closed doors as it is by the sink/mirror area. The tub/shower seem old and the bathroom paint was the ugliest color I've ever seen. I would not stay here again based on just the beds alone.

Great holiday stay! We always stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Thibodaux because the staff really care about their guests. We had a wonderful stay during the Christmas holidays. The hotel was decorated beautifully, the breakfast was amazing, and the front desk staff was friendly and full of Louisiana hospitality! Truly kind, caring staff. We appreciated it during such a stressful time (holidays) of travel. They made it feel like we were regulars.

Excellent all round We came here to visit our daughter at Nicholls State University. We had a large room with whirlpool tub and it was excellent. The breakfast was good. Most of all, the staff were the best, nothing was too much trouble. For example we asked for our boarding passes to be printed, no trouble. Extra milk for the room, no trouble, hot water for cups of tea, no trouble. All done with a smile and impeccable manners. When we next visit our daughter we will 100% come here. Thank you to all the staff. The Harrisons .

Comfortable Hometown I enjoy staying here. The people are always friendly and the breakfast is always top notch. If you are ever close by I highly recommend staying here. If you need peace and quiet stay on the 5TH floor. For breakfast grab the waffle and coffee. You'll thank me
