Unplanned Stay We were returning home from an extended family vacation in Cancun, Mexico when our flight to Raleigh was delayed 2 days in Philadelphia. This is where we stayed. We arrived at midnight. The front desk lady was helpful and kind. She put us in 3 rooms near each other. The hotel manager reduced our bill about 10 percent the following day. They allowed us to eat lunch and dinner which we ordered out in the breakfast room. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and kind. The made an unpleasant experience tolerable. I would stay there again.

Pleasant two-day stay We were very happy with our two night stay. The room was very clean and attractive with many outlets and phone-charging options. I use a cane and would request a hallway closer to the elevator if we stay there again, but that is not any reflection on the hotel. The pool looked really nice and we hoped to use it but didn't have enough time to do that. The breakfast room was nice with lots of choices and the gal taking care of it was very pleasant. Both Annie and Ryan, who were at the desk when we checked in, were very kind and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again.

unfriendly staff Stayed at this hotel with my sons sports team for a local tournament. The staff treated the parents, the boys as if we were an inconvenience for them. I was told by the staff of the hotel that my service dog was a health hazard to the other patrons of the hotel. Please do not stay here for sports tournaments! not people friendly.

Clean rooms, great food, helpful staff Hotel is well kept inside and outside. Beds very comfortable, rooms very clean, the halls smelled good, breakfast was good, staff were just wonderful. Outside was almost like a park setting, very nice.

OK for price We arrived and were greeted and both staff members were pleasant. Location was great for our needs. Room was dusty and bathroom could have been more cleanly. Pillows were super soft and did not make for great sleep. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was average. Was in and out most of the time. Noticed a heavy cigarette smoke smell on the 1st floor. Otherwise our stay was fine for the purpose of our trip.
