No complaints! I relied on the positive reviews here when booking this hotel and I was not disappointed! Everything was clean, the property is nice, the pool area is well-maintained, breakfast was great, plenty of parking, and plenty of restaurant options in the area.

DO NOT STAY HERE_ Horrible, stinky, dirty, out dated, disgusting! Went in the room and left right back out. The stink instantly trigged my wife allegies. Went directly to the first desk expressed our grievances and was told that we would still have to pay for 1 night stay_

Acceptable but Aging Property is in a convenient location - lots of food and shops around. Property is old (built in the 1960's) but has been updated. However it is clear that some things could use more attention. Patio furniture was falling apart and needs to be replaced. Balconies in room but no furniture to sit on, so not super useful. Mattress was a bit worn in our room but we were able to sleep fine. Fine as a stopover hotel but staying for several nights really revealed the age. Breakfast was excellent however had an odd ticket system - you have to wait in line in the morning to talk to a virtual agent to get them to print out tickets before taking 2 steps and depositing them in a glass jar, only to be asked by the breakfast staff if you had your tickets. The whole experience felt a bit dystopian (the computer interaction with a remote agent) and untrusting - they seemed to think we were sneaking in to steal breakfast each morning, despite having deposited our vouchers - would rather they just give me vouchers at the beginning of my stay to make things smoother, or ask my room number when I walk in.

Clean and Friendly! BW Plus Thousand Oaks Inn is the only pace we stay when visiting family and friends in Ventura County! Staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are always clean and in great working order.

Great location and service We stayed for four nights. Excellent service, great rooms. Easy access to plenty of restaurant's, gas stations, etc. easy to get on and off the 101.
