Best stay in Three Rivers We came in late at night after a horrible experience with another accommodation. The lady at the reception, Isabelle was her name I suggest, was so kind and helpful. At first she tried to reach out to the management of the other hotel, then she provided us with a room at best conditions available. Se saved us in that night. And above that the room was clean and big with comfortable beds, breakfast was included. So despite the worst beginning we had the best stay in Three Rivers.

Terrible experience We experienced a run-down hotel, and you can also feel that in the room. Dirty bed linen with hair and bits of hair on furnitures in the bathroom. The whole area did not seem clean. Our experience is far from the pictures on the internet. Not enough space for the breakfast guests, people got up and ate or sat around the reception where you could find an empty chair.

Ok for the location It was a standard budget hotel at a high price. Only hotel chain close to sequoia entrance. There was free breakfast but it was so crowded and was just ok. Doors to rooms are outside which we are not big fans of. It did have a pool and hot tub outside but we did not use them. No restaurants or larger stores nearby so you may have to plan accordingly.

Need more information! This hotel is the only big hotel chain property closest to the southern entrance, Ash mountain entrance, of Sequoia forest. Room was big, clean, with all amenities. No eatery close by, so carry food if reaching late in the evening. One complaint though - the hotel didn't know or didn't inform that the Sequoia entrance was closed the next morning. We went all the way till the south entrance, then were told to go all around to the North entrance, Big Stump entrance. If the hotel had guided us, we would have saved time and trouble. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

One night at Comfort Inn Have stayed in Comfort Inn before in another state and was impressed. However, this location was basically a motel, glad we only stayed one night. Overall, it was clean, safe and a free breakfast. They offer a free shuttle to the park. Not very helpful beyond that.
