Econo stay It's an economy stay, and the room size and amenities will reflect that. The desk was very helpful in modifying our reservations and always polite and prompt in assisting us when needed. Be aware, "Free breakfast" at present means a 4 oz drink, a small fruit cup, and a small danish in a bag. McDonald's and Walmart are both within walking distance however.

Charged over the maximum room rate allowed by law I made a reservation for 7 nights THROUGH THE HOTEL WEBSITE, not a 3rd party site. I was charged more than the maximum rate posted in the room for EVERY NIGHT I STAYED, which violates the Consolidated Laws of NYS, Article 12, Section 206 B. Front desk employees did not know the law. Emails are being ignored. Disputing the charges with my credit card company

It was hard to get past the first impression The front desk clerk was wonderful and we schlepped our luggage to our 2nd floor room without too much struggle. No elevator here, but that's OK. But the first thing we saw when we opened the door of our room was that our curtains had holes in them (what the heck?) and the curtains hung askew, partially off the track, like someone might have been hanging on them. Just that glimpse of rotten curtains made me think we were in a very, very undesirable place. As the first hour passed, however, I realized that everything else in the room was clean and in good repair. Our stay was quite comfortable, actually. The only suggestion I would make is the same suggestion most budget hotels need to hear--on your next remodel, please find a way to add additional electrical outlets...and for Heaven's sake, fix or replace those creepy curtains. (Room 222, I believe)

Nice People/Better than Average Budget Motel Motel: All the basics. Good beds and bath. Cleaner and better maintained than most Super 8's. Easy parking. Reasonably quiet. People: Woman at the desk, who also does some of the maintanence here, was very pleasant and helpful. Noticed that my spouse had walking problems and switched us to a first floor room. She also gave us a recommendation for the restaurant that the locals like to eat at. Definitely our best front desk experience of our trip. Location: It's near St George Lake. What more needs to be said.

My room was like a Super8 training room... everything was in place and just right, I stay in quite a few Super 8 motels across the country and this location could be the model for their quality control manual. My room was tidy, clean and equipped. Nothing fancy... just a nice clean place to rest on a trip, just what Super 8 is known for. If you want luxury, go elsewhere. If you want a clean room for rest, this Super 8 hits the mark. Avoid rooms on the first floor on the end of the hall. Quite a few construction workers hung out just outside and other guests mentioned noise at night. I was three or rooms in and didn't hear anything.
