Poor bad awful disapointing. Bad experience. Agree with others that the pictures must be from when the place was new and first opened. While the bedding was clean the room was dirty and the bathroom worse. Explains why one half of the building is under remodel. Worse is the situation overall. The remodeling is not being done safely in terms of guest safety and there were debris in the entry, foyer area and the elevator. Wish I had read reviews but lucking was only a one night stay and basically just needed a place to sleep.

Absolutely filthy!! The owner should be ashamed of themselves! This place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! The overhang had no ceiling from water damage and is about to collapse. They advertise a pool but it looks like it hasn’t been open in a year. No water, mildew on the windows, cracks and falling apart. We didn’t make it past the lobby and it was already a definite no. The smell was dry and stale like mold spores. Front desk employee didn’t have uniform or business shirt. I can’t imagine what the room even looked like if the front was that filthy. We got a full refund and went to the double tree next door.

This place needs to shut down. Pictures are deceptive. Paid over 200 per room for two rooms. Only three words to describe this place: DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING and DISGUSTING. I cannot believe that a hotel like this can exist in USA. Filthy, smelly and infested. Wish I had read the reviews here before. Quality Inn is generally a decent hotel but owner of this hotel has ruined their reputation. This hotel needs to be inspected by the state and should be shut down. The owner should be jailed for scamming people by showing great pictures. DO NOT STAY even if this is for free.

Stay away Stay away!! Requested bottom floor cause we are handicapped. Even called and they said no problem. Where did they put us 3rd floor. In a phone call they said no deposit with paid reservation. They demanded $150. Hotel smells like a weed factory. We registed for 2 adults 2 kids. We got 2 towels for the week. They wanted to charge for more towels. No phone in room to call if i needed something. I had to go down to desk. I also called from my cell but still had to go down or they did not answer phone. Opened sofa for grandkids. No sheet pillows or blanket. Went down to request it. We went out and someone did bring it up but i guess it was too hard to put sheet on. We had to do it. No garbage collection. Had to put garbage outside.closet door was broken. I was paid till friday the 14th. The girl decides on thursday at 1110am to break into my room. Thank god i had the latch on. Then keys were shut off. Had to get new keys for 1 day. Booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Upon signing in see a sign that pool is closed for How many years ago was it required to close them. Pool was filthy with maybe 6in of water. Breakfast was toast or yogurt. Juice machine broke. My toilet kept running then would stop. Bathtub had rust stains. There were holes in blanket. For over $100 a day this hotel is the pitts. Please stay away

Above and Beyond We left a blow dryer in the room and only realized once we got home multiple states away. The manager boxed it up and sent it to us within a few days. Great service! Not much of a breakfast but good spot for travelers on a budget.
