Radisson Hotel Tapatio Guadalajara

GROSS! Don’t book! DONT STAY HERE! We used to enjoy this hotel. Not anymore! The front desk girl was the absolute worst. She lied to our faces multiple times. We were given a room with no ac, no WiFi, the wrong sized beds we paid for and just plain gross so we called and asked to be moved. She continued to say call back in 30 minutes so an hour and a half later after calling multiple times my husband went to the front and asked again to be moved. She told him there were no rooms. Eventually after arguing she moved us to a room with WIFI but no ac, no door lock, broken safe and cockroaches everywhere. We tried calling but the phone was also broken in the 2nd room. Again we spoke with her and she said give her 30 minutes. We were never moved again. On a positive note when we called room service for ice from our cell phone as our room was sooo HOT the man who came was amazingly nice as were the restaurant workers. The pool was disgusting so we didn’t go near it. This was a horrible 3 day stay!!! We will NEVER come back and we usually stay once or twice a year.

Don’t book here !!! Horrible If I could leave no stars I would , I went to this hotel for a friends wedding . When we checked in the hotel was very dirty , they had no wash clothes , no phones in room for room service , pool was dirty and the room where the wedding was held was hot with no air . To top it off we were told breakfast was included but then they said we had to pay . I wanted to leave early because I didn’t feel like I was on vacation, book at ur own risk !!

Better off at another hotel Came for my cousins wedding with my wife. Supposedly my cousin had a room block for a discounted price and when I called to get that deal they never gave me one because there wasn't a wedding happening by that name when I asked them they said. Took me 6 phone calls by the way to try and come in contact with a person in charge so they could help, in which they didn't. A/C didn't work in our first room, so we moved to another room and it worked fine until we left. We were supposed to stay for 6 days but I changed it to 4 because of how bad this hotel is. Would have been 3 days if I could have found flights sooner. Wifi sucks. Pool was not ready and was filthy when we got here, they said it would take 3 days for the pool to be ready which was a lie. Food was okay and some staff are friendly and want to help, key word "some". Some staff don't know what's going on half the time. Brown water comes out of the faucet and water pressure for the shower was very low. Toilet didn't work correctly and there were cockroaches in our rooms and shower. This place has so much potential but the managers who upkeep this place do not do a well enough job. Maybe they dont care because they do not have much business unless they have an event here? I know it's Mexico, I understand it's not a resort or the ritz carlton, but cleanliness and aesthetics mean everything to me especially in gated communities. Only good thing is the view, minus the smog and pollution from the city of guadalajara, everything else sucks and will never return here even if you paid us to.

Good for business Been here a couple of times and the pool is NEVER working. Rooms have very old and the carpet looks not very clean. Rooms smell musty Staff is very kind and the morning buffet is acceptable. There is no air conditioning on rooms but only kind of a fan.

Nightmare on Elm Street well we tried to check in for a three night stay. they said they could find our reservation and i should it to them. the. they said well that’s for tomorrow night. i said ok do you have rooms for tonight. they said yes many but the price is double. i said why. they said expedia is cheaper. i said why wouldn’t you want to save expedia’s fees? and i ask for a manager of any kind. they said they didn’t have a manager shocking. i pulled up expedia and should them tonight’s rate at half the price and said i would book on expedia. they said hold on for a second. they went and the back room and came out five minutes later and said try it now. i tried and they had gone in back room and closed out expedia. they also said the hotel dosnt have inernet. i could go on and on. one of my worst hotel experiences in my life. Raddison get your act together before you loose all your customers. I know your brand standards are higher than this
