They do a good job here I stayed here a few years ago and from I could remember, it was good. It still is. the staff was nice. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and well kept. The TV channel selection was good. The bed a good. There are several options for restaurants and shopping if needed in the area. I would stay here again.

Great Hotel, Pushy check out. Very nice hotel, rooms are great. Pool is heated. Beware of the 250 additional 250.00 deposit if you live with in 30 miles, very pushy. We had 12 noon check out by 10 I was being called by 10:30 security came to the room asking when we were leaving.

Clean but no service One of the worst hotels I have stayed in recently. It is no longer a hampton even though that is what the sign and website say, so no rewards points. They are going to be a choice hotel but no points there since still hampton. The picture of the gym looks great on website but really all the machines are broken, no exaggerating all broken with handle missing on elliptical. There is barely even coffee in the morning and no breakfast at all. No microwave in room even if it says on all website they have them. Not worth the time or money. There is a courtyard and holiday Inn right on either side. Save time, money and frustration but going elsewhere.

Bad... really bad What a horrible experience. We traveled the country for the past month. Stayed in so many hilton properties we could probably be sponsored. My favorite is almost always the Hampton Inn. But the last 2 we tried were awful. Lori B at the front desk in toledo was so awful my kid said we probably should not stay at anymore Hampton inns. She said they aren't going to be a Hilton much longer, and told me to leave after booking online. Literally screamed at me. I am not sure what to say. Maybe she was having a bad day. But wow. She is a terrible person and representative of Hilton.

ONE HALF SIZE 3 WHEEL CART FOR ENTIRE PROPERTY Rated poor if you need a luggage cart. Stayed here more than once last year and still only one luggage cart during that period of time and a small one at that. Complained before ut no remedy. Done with this property. Otherwise just OK, but breakfast attendant super nice and helpful
