Comfort and Value all in one. Work Stay, Family Fun we got you! The hotel was clean and quiet not overly decorated. The charm was in the simplicity of the lobby and check in area. I understand the protective glass as we are still coming of the pandemic and COVID season. It did not appear that the hotel has renovated since then. I did see they are doing work on the entrance out side that leads up to the front door. Parking was convenient. The room was clean and the the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean the room did not have any odors or chemical smell or over sanitizing the surfaces. The room amenities were good. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge were a nice touch to the room. I would recommend this property and stay again if I am back in the area. The rates were also affordable. A great value for today's economy. Weather you are single or traveling with a family this is a great deal. Oh let me not forge FREE BREKFAST. I am talking Waffles and Muffins, Sausages and cold selection of yogurt and cereal Bread and all the fixin's. I was very happy at Breakfast. Coffee Tea and selection of Juices Apple and Orange.

Scary What a disaster! The owners should be embarrassed. I left after just two hours and went to a hotel 1/2 mile away but a million x better. Dirty, hot and not much works including elevators and ac in common areas. People seem to "live" in lobby, such that it is, stained, muggy and cramped. What a scary place. The shield at the front desk ought to tell you something.

Comfort Inn should NOT be associated with this location Ewwwww! Checked in and right back out! This place should be put out of business. This Hotel claims to be smoke-free but the smell of cigarettes and marijuana are everywhere. The air conditioner in the room just circulated the same stench. The bedding was dirty with something that looked to be sexual body fluids on the bed skirt. Splatters of who knows what on the walls. Water damage to the ceiling. The smell is horrendous! Absolutely no maintenance of the entire building . Reported to corporate.

Choice Hotel Scam -Non refundable I booked a room at the Comfort Inn in Towson, MD, through the Choice Hotels International website for $120 per night in August 2023. When my plans changed, I called the hotel 30 days before my check-in date to cancel my reservation. The staff member told me that I should call Choice Hotels International, as that was the company through which I had made the reservation. I called Choice Hotels International and was on hold for 15 minutes before a customer service representative came on the line. I explained that I wanted to cancel my reservation and was told that I would not receive a refund because the room was non-refundable. I was surprised, as I had never heard of a hotel having a no-refund policy for cancellations made 30 days in advance. I ended up staying at the hotel, and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets were stained, and the room smelled nauseating of raw sewage. The toilet also didn't work properly. The hallway was also smelly, and no one was around at 10 p.m., making me feel unsafe. I overheard another guest complaining about a water leak in their bathroom ceiling, but the staff member behind the bulletproof plexiglass window said they couldn't help. This hotel is located in an isolated area and has the atmosphere of a highway roadside motel. There is no nice environment around. I believe that the reason Choice Hotels International has a no-refund policy for this hotel is because it is a subpar property. I would not recommend booking a room at this hotel through Choice Hotels International. It is a scam.

No Frills. Good Time. It isn't 5 stars but it's nice. It had a very weird smell in the room that was almost like soy sauce on beef? But we hadn't had soy sauce in the room yet when we started to smell it? Nor did we have any food with beef. So, it was odd, but once you got in the room that smell went away, so it might have been the pipes. Our tub had a weird black stain and didn't work too well, but we opted for showers. I think construction workers and day laborers stay there a lot. We did try to use the laundry facilities after finding out something spilled in a suitcase and caused an odor, but there was always someone using them and there was no change machine in the area, so it was a bit of extra steps to use them. We just packed differently so the stinky clothes were in trash bags that the maid kindly gave us after I panicked trying to remember how to speak in English and in Spanish, thankfully she figured out what I meant. The pool was great. It was easy to stay and have the pool to yourself for a couple hours and give other families the same luxury. There were some weird characters, but we're from Allentown, PA and live in the hood, so we're used to all that. If you're not and plan to complain about the "shady characters" stay home. There was also a smell of weed, but like, I didn't see anyone with weed...so that was odd. Also stay home if you plan to complain about that too. I might stay here again during summer months, I like the pool. And the staff was super friendly. My youngest has Autism and is a vocal stimmer, no one batted an eye. In fact, the one gentlemen at the front desk told me it was fine when she was spinning in circles in the lobby. So, they deserve 5 stars, the facilities just need a little sprucing up.
