A good experience Good solid hotel, nothing fancy but the staff are so friendly, it's a good location with a shuttle, and it was clean. Beds were comfy too! The rooms with the loft are so nice for a family with teens to have a separate space for them. The room was a little dark but overall a good experience.

Disappointing experience The decor is dark and window looked out on a wall. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Breakfast was mediocre. Not sure of connection to Best Western if any. We were celebrating our anniversary and were very disappointed. Location is not ideal but they do offer shuttle to downtown.

Shuttle service is not non-smoking The hotel was clean and comfortable. It offered a complimentary shuttle service which would have been great had it been non-smoking. The driver clearly smoked in it and it was so bad on the ride back to the hotel (after waiting 45 mins. for the driver to assist other guests) that our young son got sick. Very disappointing. The front desk acknowledged our frustration and apoligized.

Good place to stay if you want to get high on pot smell! good breakfast, nice staff, free shuttle downtown. had an inside area room #124, no window to open, very dark. when we would return from sightseeing/ or when we turned on bathroom fan the room would stink from marijuana !!! I know it's legal to smoke pot in MIchigan, but I don't want to smell it! YES I did complain to front desk

Great value, great room Recommend this place for your stay in Traverse City. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and a quality breakfast. Located in between the East and West Bays, so it is close to the beaches and the downtown area. They provide a shuttle if you schedule it, so you can leave your car at the hotel. We will be back!
