Our favorite Comfort Suites This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you walk through the door it looks like old Tucson on the inside. Fountains in the courtyards, potted plants and flowers everywhere, and personal touches make this hotel the very favorite Comfort Suites we've ever stayed at. The hot tub is hot, the pool is refreshing and there are free weights in the exercise room.

Awful stay in so many ways My hexperience at Comfort Suites at Sabino Canyon was awful. Pool and Spa were unusable GREEN ALGAE in both! Room view was directly below and behind the back stairs to second floor, Room was dark and it was tiny, smelly, TV didn’t work. FREE BREAKFAST- packaged muffin, dried old eggs, no toast, buffet inedible. Only nice thing I encountered was the lady who checked me in. Room and stay were a nightmare and it was too hot to complain and the wall A/C was very noisy. I got no sleep, at all!

Shetchy crowd and not so clean The lobby and courtyards are absolutely charming, with fountains and twinkling lights to welcome you. After that, it's all downhill - literally, our room sloped down, and the whole building shook with every step. Our room was large, but the bathroom and kitchen areas were not clean. The room smelled strongly of insecticide and Fabuloso. Most of the hotel was occupied by a large group who kept asking us what room we were in - very strange. That group made a long line at the coffee pot in the morning, but they weren't allowed to touch the breakfast - only a brown bag for them. I'm guessing whatever was in that bag was better than the wet eggs and squirting sausages provided to the "first class" guests. Definitely not worth the $237 plus tax Choice was offering on their app.

Absolutely not for women traveling alone. Or probably anyone else. Awful. The guy at the desk was however very nice. The room was so sketchy I only went in long enough to charge my phone and make a reservation somewhere else. The room was on the first floor of kind of a mini-courtyard with almost no lighting outside the door. Very very creepy laundry room right next door with absolutely no lighting whatsoever. Seemed like a great spot to lurk and wait for someone. The room had a window looking out onto God knows what. The whole thing felt so grossly unsafe. I could have kissed my Uber driver when he got there. And it was $200?!?!? Dismal and dangerous.

Just wonderful This was our second stay at this hotel. The young man at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean with upgraded floors- although I do recommend a small throw rug on wet days as you will tramp water over the floor when coming in since the floors are all vinyl. Eenne was super helpful when my husband had to print some tax documents. Highly recommend this place for a nice place near the National Park.
