Quick stop on the way to California We stopped here on the way to California. We were treated well and our room was quiet and on the top floor. The staff was very helpful. We did not get to use the pool because a dust storm came through the previous day and they needed to clean the pool. The breakfast was not the usual full breakfast but they are just following the state guidelines. We would stay here again. It is about 25 minutes from Saguaro National Park.

Top Notch cleanliness and great stay! The staff at this hotel make the guest experience perfect. I have stayed there many times in the past few months as daughter just purchased home in Tucson. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and we have felt very safe in the hotel practices. A great central location. Will be staying the the future: all ready booked!

Service with a smile? Front office was full of smiles when I went to check in, but in that condescending kind of way. Only two towels in the bathroom and I stayed two nights, after two very warm days in Tucson, and in not the only one staying in the hotel room. Pool was closed and I was not notified of that fact before I checked in, or even as I checked in for that matter.

COVID caused decline We stayed for 6 nights. We have stayed before and it was good for Tucson standards. Unfortunately, it was a miss during COVID. Breakfast bag was good. Security was good. In the past we found this location good but this time it was overall disappointing.

Bugs on a lot of levels. Online check in didn’t make sense. Told my room was ready, then when I checked in said they would email me when my room was ready. Took a while to get the confirmation email and I was standing there waiting to get a room assignment. The hotel clerk finally got me keys and I got the email telling me my room number 30 minutes later. My bathroom had a bunch of dead gnats in/on the toilet and in the shower, drips of something gooey collect dust in the floor, cracked soap dishes. It was awful. I took pictures. I asked someone to come clean. When someone came (2 hours later, we had already left and come back once not wanting to be in the room while they cleaned) we were just leaving (again) and asked her to come back in 5 minutes. They never returned. I had the heebeegeebees all night wondering what else in the room hadn’t been cleaned. But when it wasn’t addressed the first time I figured it wouldn’t get addressed the second time either. We got back too late to ask for a room change and promptly checked out the next morning. I had both a phone and a tablet plugged into USB ports all night to find neither one worked. Ice machine on our floor was broken, and couldn’t find one in a different floor. Had to hunt someone down in the lobby to have them only fill my water bottle half way (why? It isn’t like they were serving food). Thought we were booking a trusted name for a relaxing night and could never get comfortable. So disappointed it makes me never want to stay at a Hyatt again.I can’t believe I spent $200 for that.
