Everything We Expect From Hilton What a wonderful stay at a beautiful Hilton property. We chose this location during our first visit to Tucson for its proximity to the airport - a five-minute drive, including the traffic lights. The energy here is inviting and upbeat. The lobby fireplace greeted us with warmth as we returned on chilly evenings after a day of exploring. The front desk attendants - day and night - were always welcoming and helpful. The hotel was spotless clean, both in the common areas and in our room. Housekeeping comes every other day here, unless you request more frequent service. They never rushed us out, but rather waited until we informed the front desk that we were leaving for the day before they entered. We requested a king room on a high floor, away from the elevators to ensure a quiet stay. This turned out to be a fortunate request because there was no insulation under the door to the hallway, and we could clearly hear other guests talking in normal voices. Fortunately no one came or left during sleep hours, so we weren't disturbed. The bed was especially comfortable, as always at Hilton hotels. I have to mention a particularly excellent feature here compared to every other Hilton property I've ever booked - the pillows. I've been complaining for years that the pillows are too soft, but at this location we had both soft and firm options. Best sleep I've ever experienced at any Hilton anywhere, thanks to the firmer pillow. The standard wi-fi was excellent speed, and a large desk made a comfortable work space for my laptop. The room was also furnished with a comfy side chair (an ottoman would have been a nice touch), as well as plentiful lamps and electrical outlets for charging devices. We really liked the Keurig coffee maker. The room was spacious and we had plenty of floor space for luggage and personal items. Counter space in the bathroom was expansive, which worked well because we had a pile of toiletries lined up for a week-long stay. Other amenities included blackout blinds, a microwave and mini-refridge, full-length mirror and full-size closet with an iron/board and luggage rack. The hotel offers laundry service, and there's also a guest laundry room if you'd rather do your own. The shower pressure was phenomenal. If I'd stood there long enough, my skin might have peeled off. I would have enjoyed a bathtub for soaking tired feet after a day of routing, rather than a double shower stall. I did appreciate the wall dispensers for personal care products, as opposed to single use plastics. The bathroom lacked a nightlight though, which turned getting up in the middle of the night into a complicated mission. We didn't try the restaurant because there were no organic/non-GMO menu options. We'd really appreciate it if Hilton could add some organic snack and drink offerings to their pantry. We drove to Sprouts anytime we needed something to nibble on. Other than the few minor hiccups we encountered as mentioned above, our stay was absolutely lovely. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again the next time we visit Tucson.

Staff was not really concerned about our vehicle being vandalized I am basing my review on a particular incident that happened upon leaving. The hotel itself was ok. We traveled from Texas to Nevada with our new fifth wheel large trailer. We stopped in Tucson to stay overnight along the way. Traveling with a fifth wheel that is large takes planning to make sure there’s a safe spot to park. The front desk worker Isaiah told us we could park here and do not have to worry at all about anything. Before checking out we decided to take some of our belongings to our truck and that’s when we saw that our fifth wheel trailer was vandalized. Reported it to the front desk and not one worker came out to see what had happened. No manager on duty and lack of interest topped it off. I asked if someone could clean up all the glass that was broken by our tires from a smashed window and instead a maintenance worker handed me a broom and dust pan. I mean really? We will never stay here in the future not to mention 10,000$ worth of damage that no one was even interested enough to help us out. And on top of that we paid 220$ for our room.

Very nice stay, right next to airport The hotel check in process was really easy and the staff is super nice with requests. The room was very clean and room service is done every other day unless requested daily. No complaints or issues at all with stay. Breakfast is 6am-10am and does cost extra.

Dream bathroom This was the perfect end of my trip to Arizona for a 5 am flight the next morning out of Tuscon. Check-in staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel has a bar as well as a restaurant with a limited menu which just hit the spot. The bathroom was my dream bathroom. Due to a knee replacement that has not turned out as expected and both hips replaced, the walk in accessible shower with all the grab bars is what I would love to have in my house. And the mattress --- I would love to know the brand as it was nice and firm with no dips. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in the area.
