Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson Mall

Great stay This holiday inn and suites is great no problems nice room close to stores will defiantly stay again . The staff is also amazing and your greeted at door by person at desk leaving and going . There is also breakfast downstairs witch is bery nice

Favorite hotel to stay at. Close to the Cancer Center on Allen Road. To Xavier Macias and the Staff at the Holiday Inn Express Tucson Mall, My mom and I we had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson Mall. We have always loved staying there for a few years since it is right near close to the Cancer Center whereas I always get labs, see my doctors and the service has always been amazing. Whether if I have to get labs and/or an appointment this staff at the Holiday Inn Express has always gone above and beyond since they know us very well. We always like to get the two queen beds since we love the beds and they are comfy, our favorite room has always been Room 206 the room facing the swimming pool. Our room has always been so nice and amazing, we always enjoy the kitchenette. When we were there in January 2024 because I had to undergo radiation for thyroid cancer and I couldn't order out my mom and I cooked and made food ranging from breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our room and it was really cool on how this hotel has kitchenettes. My mom and I we love the Dove Hand Wash and Dove Body Lotion mounted in the bathroom that is really cool. Danny Jimenez, Christina Villalobos and the Housekeeping team really has accommodated us very good whenever we always stay here. We also really enjoy seeing Laura (the breakfast attendant) every morning for breakfast. She is super sweet to my mom and I, really nice, kind, and always so friendly to the both of us. We really enjoy the complimentary breakfast and how everything is good especially the cinnamon rolls and pancakes. We love Laura! She is the best and does an amazing job. In fact, Laura definitely does deserve a BONUS! for doing an excellent job. I got recognized as a Silver Elite member which was really cool. Xavier, Fernanda, Danitza, Martha, Danny, Christina, Laura, and everyone else at the Holiday Inn Express Tucson Mall has treated us like family and we really loved them on how soooo friendly, they're amazing, kind, and all of them have provided us an excellent tremendous service anytime whenever we always stay here for my appointments. We are so glad that we know them all and whatever we need they are always there for us. On behalf of my mom and I we really want to thank you all VERY much for EVERYTHING! taking great care of us and providing excellent service whenever we stay here. We really appreciate it! We truly can't thank you guys enough! This is really an amazing staff! We definitely are looking forward to coming back again soon and seeing all of you guys. My mom and I are definitely planning on if we decided to stay longer we really want to try one of your suites but overall it was a GREAT stay! We will ABSOLUTELY definitely recommend it to our friends and family whenever they are looking for a place to stay we will definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express Tucson Mall because this is the #1 best hotel to stay at in Tucson. We really love the staff and I know whenever you stay here you will love the staff too. We really miss all of you guys but we can't wait to see you guys again soon. Thank you for EVERYTHING! An absolute nightmare. The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We earlier after having cockroshes in BOTH of the rooms we were given. An absolute nightmare. We complained and were moved to a second room, only to have the same issue. The floors in the bathrooms were cracked and were loose with liquid "squishing" out.

Had a little accident but overall, this is our favorite hotel to stay at. My mom and I we've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Tucson Mall 10/1 to 10/2 and 10/8 to 10/9 for my doctor's appointments at the Cancer Center on Allen Road. The first go-around my mom and I we were in Room 206, when I took a shower I had a little accident because I had slip and fallen. Thank God, I did not hit my head or had a concussion. The shower curtain and the toliet seat cover was broken. I did report it to Abraham (Front Office Manager) and he was going to put in a work order to have it fixed but in the meantime: he moved my mom and I right next store to Room 208 and it was a lot better. 2 beds, refrigerator, microwave, TV, bathroom, bathtub, and everything what we have what we needed. Abraham accommodated my mom and I really good and we were really appreciative. The next day we did try the breakfast area and it has always been good whenever we stay here especially the cinnamon rolls and the pancakes are always good to us. We did however report this to Xavier (General Manager) and he was very apologetic to us and that he is going to take care of this issue that way this would never happen again. My mom and I we have been guests at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson Mall for a really long time, we always love staying here for my doctor's appointments at the Cancer Center and/or attending Arizona Wildcats games. This really has been our to go place and the staff there Xavier, Fernanda, Daniel, Laura, Abraham, Martha, and everyone else they have been so wonderful to us and they really do remind us like they are family to my mom and I. We came back on 10/8/2023 and we were in Room 206 and it was a lot better and the good part is that they put a bathmat in the bathtub that way this wouldn't prevent me or any other guest to have to fall and slip in the bathtub. My recommendation is that all of the guestrooms should have a bathmat. Overall, My mom and I we really had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Tucson Mall, thank you Xavier and staff for making my mom and I's stay a wonderful one. I wish I can give all of you guys 20 or even 50 stars because we really enjoyed staying here but you guys definitely deserve it since you guys always so nice, friendly, polite, and always accommodated us. We greatly appreciate it and we truly can't wait to see you guys in November. You guys are awesome and seriously the best. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

Average Hotel Would Stay Again I stayed here 9/26-9/29 and had a pleasant stay. The room was large and bed was comfortable. They allowed me to check in early which was greatly appreciated after my long drive. I used the reasonable priced laundry machines. The plumbing, AC, TV, fridge & microwave all worked well, and the wet bar was a great feature. The breakfast was decent as well. The location did not seem walkable, but it was easy for me to get to all the places I wanted to go. I never felt unsafe, would stay there again.
