Not a resort - a converted motel Super gross. Keurig water reservoir was disgusting, the conditioner reservoir in the shower was empty. The WiFi password given to us was wrong. Front desk doesn't answer phone. It is a converted motel not a resort. Especially if you aren't in a Casita. Only props os to the breakfast team for doing a nice job for a free breakfast. No it isn't high end food, but it met expectations. They charge a "Resort Fee" but that's laughable.

Will not return The property needs work and a good cleaning. Breakfast is better somewhere else. The biggest disappointment is the jacuzzi: the amount of chlorine hurts the eyes and can’t enjoy it. Property seems dog friendly. The staff are accommodating and they are the best!

GREAT staff, pet welcome, but property needs owner TLC. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Good location, good ground-floor room, dog welcome. However the room itself was very dated and not well appointed. The toilet is probably original 1960, uses lots of water and won't stop flowing! This is a desert. You'd think housekeeping would alert maintenance and fix (or replace!). There's a small kitchen area with a sink, fridge and microwave, but ZERO utensils, plates, bowls, dish soap, sponge... nothing. People don't travel with those things, so it would be nice of them to provide. A little owner care would make this place very special.

Won’t Stay Again Paid a $20 a night resort fee which we new nothing about, for parking, pool and 4 bottles of water in the room, restaurant in the hotel, the little service we got was horrible, we left, went else where, some staff was a little rude we thought, heard another person ask for a discount because hot tub didn’t work, which is didn’t, for the price per night then they add the resort fee, we won’t stay here again
