Not Worth It Ive been to this hotel numerous times and always thought the front desk customer service was horrible and the staff that works there always look upset and not very welcoming. The reason why I keep going back was the price cant be beat and the rooms are decent and some worse then others. What really caught me by surprise was that I got a call from the front desk that I needed to come down and sign paperwork on July 14. So,I went down and was handed the paperwork to sign for staying another day but was told that I could no longer come back. Keep in mind that I had stayed there from July 8 - 14 with no problems whatsoever. So I asked (Jaime) the front desk person what was the reason for me not being able to continue my stay. She could not give me an answer. None. I told her I paid for my rooms everyday that Ive been there and made sure the rooms were well kept. All he could say was we could not have you stay here. I was furios. I would have understood if I had not paid for my rooms or was causing problems, but that wasn't the case. I just want to tell anyone who is looking to book your stay at Fairbridge Inn Tukwila. Please think twice. They don't care about their customers. They will fight tooth and nail and not try to make situations better. We don't need to support this kind of establishment. Give your money to other hotels that actually cares about their customers.

Worst Experience ever - read for itemized examples The following is the e-mail that I sent to Wyndham and Days Inn and I never received a response. I stayed there approx. 6 months ago, so they have had time. We ended up staying there the night because it was late and we were catching the first flight out. Insult to injury: When we were checked in we asked if the van could take us to the airport at 6 am. We were told yes. It turns out they don't have a van available until 9 am and the morning shift didn't know why the afternoon shift would have agreed to it. Also, the AC didn't work. Greetings. I am currently staying in a Days Inn by Wyndham in Seattle South Tukwilla. I am very unhappy with my room for the following reasons, and I would appreciate an e-mail or phone call at the following xxxxx or xxxxx. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. A) we were charged 150 to stay here. This is a terrible hotel. My husband doesn't want to stay at Wyndham anymore bc of this place. (I'm reminding him we mostly love Wyndham.) B) online is 82$ C) there are drug paraphernalia in the drawers. D) they let the phone ring 15 times (I counted from the lobby) until it stopped ringing on at least five occasions without answering while we were sitting in the lobby, and they were sitting at the desk near the phone. E) we arrived 5 hours before the check in time, were told they would help us as soon as a room opened, and were forgotten. Even as employees came in and ate lunch next to us while we waited. They ended up not checking us in until an hour after check in started. F) the employees were very sketchy acting and somehow keep getting caught in their own doors and then when clocking in or out jump because the time card machine scared them bad. That's druggy behavior. G) the office chair in front of the desk is broken, tipped my husband onto the floor, and hurt his back. H) the curtains have MULTIPLE scorch marks I) the upholstered chair had massive amount of dirt and trash under it. J) the door frame to the room is damaged and looks like it has had a crowbar taken to it. K) the door lock has screws that are falling out. We are probably going to leave tonight and find a different place to stay. I cannot imagine this place will give us our money back.

Its a dump This hotel is a dump, sheets were atained with dark grease, door had been kicked in and not repaired properly, bathroom door looked like it had been eaten by mice. Right beside the highway, very noisey. Never again. The outside os the property was filthy.

Stay away please !! This place should be avoided at all costs My wife and I planned a weekend away as we were visiting Vancouver and decided for an overnight trip to Seattle as an added treat . We booked this hotel and my god what a dump we walked in and simply walked out. The room smelled bad and I am talking more than cigarettes! It was moldy and even the locks on the doors were repaired ! We didn’t cancel our room on arrival and lost our 92 bucks and drove back to Vancouver ! Don’t make the same mistake ! A quick check on google earth and you’ll see it is beside a truck stop and I am sure used for hourly usages !! Terrible dump

The worst I’ve ever seen. Worst place ever, filthy, broken, not as stated on their website, left right after we got there. The room was not safe and I’d rather us slept in our car! Just don’t. It appeared someone got into a fight in there when we entered. Knocked over lamps, counter filthy, bathroom making noise, broken tiles, missing tiles, door at one point had been kicked in, just totally gross.
