Warm customer service Probably the friendliest motel staff I've encountered. We were in our way back to socal but all roads were closed from snow and rain. This was the closest vacant motel and it was an hours drive away. But the hospitality here really warmed our hearts amidst an unfortunate night.

Great Service and Support Came off a major road closing on I-5 and RRI was the only one with availability. They got us set real quick so we could finally rest. In the morning the lady up front was kind and informative of new attractions we could hit up since our old plans had been rekt.

Very bad. Don’t stay here. Checked in today. Terrible room. Shabby. Carpet torn, hair stuck in microwave door ??, no plug in basin and it was blocked constantly o plug in bath either in. Had to ask for extra towels. Bad pillows, scratched furniture, no coffee available as described in foyer - had to prompt girl at desk to make some when she said there wasn’t any. Dirty bed side lamp. No stand for suitcase. Asked for an iron and ironing board - disgusting and old and broken! Wouldn’t mind if room had been cheap but we stayed at another motel the night before - paid same price and it was far far superior and came with breakfast! Will never book a Red Roof again. I want a refund! For gods sake get your act together- it’s more like a homeless shelter. No chance of a refund as we had paid via internet before arriving so we couldn’t even leave and find somewhere else! Shame on the management! You ripped us off and have disgraced your place in motel rental ratings in your country!!! Just to prove I have not made up my complaints - here are the photos! DO NOT STAY HERE ITS DISGUSTING!

very uncomfortable beds (No King beds) I had a group of 10 people and we all stayed at Red Roof Inn Tulare in May 2019. Pros: fast check-in process, nice and friendly front desk staff Cons: very uncomfortable bad. We booked king beds, however instead of king beds we had double beds pulled together. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on it.
