A pleasant surprise. This was the best experience I’ve had in the hospitality industry for some time now… I arrived early, too early to check in, yet they had my room ready already and allowed me to use it to unwind from a long day of traveling. The staff were all 10/10, helpful, courteous, and friendly. I will never stay anywhere else in Tullahoma when I visit. Thank you so much.

Never again Don't stay here if you plan to book through a third party. I reserved a room for 1 night through Expedia. Due to a family emergency, I had to cancel the room and called the motel but they said that since I reserved the room through Expedia, I'd have to cancel through them. OK fine, I canceled the room online through Expedia and printed out a copy of the cancellation for my records.. After a week went by, I checked my looked at my account and the refund still hadn't gone through. I called the motel to see what was causing the delay. The person I talked to said the refund could take a week to 10 days to process. I was told on a couple calls that there was no manager on duty and that I'd have to call back later. What kind of major motel chain doesn't have someone in charge during normal business hours? Long story short, it took repeated calls to the motel and Expedia to finally get my money back after two weeks of waiting. Never again! We plan to re-schedule our trip in the coming weeks and We're NOT staying at Holiday Inn Express or booking anything through Expedia. This was the owners response........Thank you for your feedback . I do apologize for the issues with your billing however due to third party billing we do not have control over they way your refund is issued. Even if the hotel issues the refund the third party may take longer. I am happy to hear you received your refund. I hope you have a wonderful day. We wanted to follow up after our last conversation, where you asked us to refund your booking and reach out to your property to see if refund was possible. Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the refund. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. Please call them directly at 1931222-1414 for billing questions. We're really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there's nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we're sorry that a refund wasn't possible. Not impressed We booked a suite at this hotel about 3 weeks out. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were no suites available and so we were given a standard room at not much of a reduced rate. We felt ripped off. The room was small and cramped. The place appears rather old and dingy. Breakfast was a joke with one toaster barely working and no knives to cut your food. We were very disappointed with this stay.

Reliable brand Comfortable hotel, generous sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included, and hotel has ample parking an indoor pool and small gym. Located just off the main highway, rooms are quite and a number of nearby restaurants are close at hand.

Waste of money Don’t spend the money. Hotel sits next to the train tracks which run day and night. “Daily housekeeping “ consists of them emptying trash and handing you clean towels. They don’t even make the bed. Pool was out of service as well. 2 luggage carts for the entire building. This was over $350.00 for 2 nights!
