Excellent customer service evening and overnight! I was there Wednesday to Sunday and loved the employees that worked in the evenings and overnight they were so helpful and made me feel like I was home. They all were super eager to help and so friendly. During the weekdays that lady was not at all friendly. She seemed to be put out with conversation with not only myself, but other guests as well. It's supposed to be about hospitality, not make people feel like a bother.

Rooms 104/112 Room 104/112 We have stayed here before. It's located very close to my son. This property is located well. It's always clean and the rooms are always stocked fully. I must say, it isn't a brand new hotel but very well maintained. We were immediately greeted warmly. Acknowledged and appreciated. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. Just an all round nice woman. Our 1st room's TV did not work and within 10 minutes, the Hostess came to our room, saw it couldn't be fixed and moved us to another room. She's the best. Very gracious. Our room was quiet and clean and the bed and linens good quality. Bathroom was well stocked. This is our go to place to stay in Tulsa, OK.

Room 108 Room 108 Best experience from check in to check out. At check we were treated as if we were family. Fast efficient and very helpful. Room was very clean and well stocked. Sheets and towel were good quality. Bed very comfortable. I like sleeping in a very dark room and this is my only down point...a little on the bright side. Location was beyond excellent. Very easy to get yo and very well located in the city to everything

This place needs a serious update and maintenance We had 3 rooms and they all had different yet similar issues. The TV didn’t work in one, the closet was missing a door in another, light bulbs out all over, one of the bathroom doors bumped the toilet because the bathroom is so small, rain was coming in our window, the room keys just stopped working. 3 out of 4 of the light bulbs in the pool area were burned out so it was very dark which isn’t safe at all. There was a HUGE crack in one of the pool windows which is EXTREMELY dangerous as someone could’ve been badly cut. There weren’t any towels in the pool area. The last day of our stay, a Sunday, they didn’t have any syrup at all, they said they would have some on Monday. If that’s the case, put away the waffle maker or go buy some syrup. It’s a run down place for with chipped paint, old couches, the hallway smelled like smoke, the ceiling tiles were missing in the hallway. I would NOT recommend. The lady at the front desk was very nice though.

Avoid - They gave me a room that wasn't clean. We checked in late and were given a 2nd floor room. I walked in and the room was never clean. Both beds were unmade and towels on floor in bathroom. I told them we are not staying in that room. The front desk guy had to go check and see if the next room was clean before giving us that key. What hotel doesn't know what rooms are clean? Our room was old and not super clean. The AC was off when we walked in and it was hot and stuffy. The breakfast area AC was broken and it was 84 degrees. We would have moved if there was availability at hotels nearby. Location of hotel was not the best. The staff was very nice.
