Stay on our way to Branson, MO The check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable which made it easy to rest after our day of driving. The breakfast was a great way to start our second day of driving to Branson, MO. We would stay here again.

No heat & No Hot Water Outdated, horrible bed, lack luster customer service, and a disappointment. I have stayed here a few times & it was ok. However my bigger issue is that after getting in my room and pulling out a few items to take a bath I realized the heater had an error code & wouldn’t come on. When I called down they offered to move me however I was just to tired. So I fiddled with it and got it to stay on long enough to take the chill out of the room. So I settled on a hot bath to warm me up and would just snuggle in since it wasn’t super cold out. Yeah except the hot water didn’t last long enough for me to finish a bath that night. So just not wanting to be a whine bag I settled into bed on a mattress that only the edge was firm. Sunk like quicksand what an awful sleep & now an aching back. So in the morning I thought I’d give the bath another try. Cold water yet again. Many other selections close by. Don’t let the good rate fool you. Hopefully this feedback will assist them in making some basic corrections.

WORST HOTEL EVER The staff has missed the mark on the word "hospitality". Trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt due to COVID, they missed every mark on every level for my husband and I. You can be overworked and tired and still be friendly. Cleanliness was lacking in our room, including a layer of dust behind items, which makes me wonder what it was like Pre-COVID. This property is located very close to several other hotels, including Marriott properties, so I would recommend staying at one of those.

BedBugs & No Response So on May 24th 2019 my family and I stayed in 2 rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tulsa Southeast/Crossroads Village in Tulsa OK and got bedbugs from the hotel (they were in our luggage when we returned home) that came home with us and has caused my family especially my wife great anxiety and sleepless nights! We have also paid out over $6000 for treatment a replacement of furniture, luggage and clothes. We have talked to the hotel multiple time just to get passed off to someone else who blames the person before them that did not process the paperwork correctly. Bottom line we have been told by multiple hotel employees that they had been having issues with bed bugs at that time yet nothing has been done to make things right now the past 3 times I have called to speak with the GM and left messages to be called back on this I have not received one phone call back on this.! I expect to be reimbursed for our 2 rooms and the expenses we have incurred due to the damages caused by the bedbugs we got from this hotel! As I have told the hotel staff I prefer not to have to go with attorneys as then we will have to also go for the mental anguish as it is a real thing but I am giving this one more try to be civil.
