Meh This is a fair hotel. Nice location from the interstate. Fairly new site. The parking lot and area surrounding was safe. Beds were uncomfortable and stiff and pillows were large and awkward. Room was cleaned alright, baseboards could use some more work. Breakfast was fairly standard but tasted a bit off. Par for course.

Unwanted stains not needed We decided to take a road trip to Oklahoma so wife could meet up with a friend from high school and I would take my middle son to Geoff Tate an 80s hair band singer. The journey from Dallas to Tulsa was beautiful. The hotel is located in a snug area behind a main street. If you are hungry, there are tons of restaurants located around the hotel. Checking is was no issue and upon entering, the area was clean and eye pleasing. We entered our room and it was fully stocked. This hotel has an arrangement with a local gym which I took advantage of and it was the bomb dot com. When I returned from the gym, I sent my two boys to get a hot breakfast. They had waffles, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, sausage, etc. The shower had that set up with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner strapped to the wall of the shower which had no conditioner. The water flow in the shower was good and temperature didn't fluctuate. The room thermostat was easy to control and TV no issues. While the two of us were at the concert, the rest of the family stayed back to enjoy the indoor pool. The water was very cold and not very clear. The pool area does have plenty of chairs and tables if you just want to hang out there. When we were departing, as a family we practice stripping the room to make sure the establishment washes all the towels and sheets. Upon removing the sheets where the adults slept we saw stains that looked like feces or menstruation which was not cool. We had no major issues and were ok with the breakfast and gym. Now those sheets really killed the experience but a good lesson was learned by our boys.

Disappointing Room was not on par with what we expect from Hampton. Generally run down…old carpet tiles that were mismatched in places leaving gaps to bare floor; tiles loose in the bathroom with water stains all around the tub; water temp in shower was inconsistent..scalding or cold intermittently and without warning; they gave us an « accessible » room that we did not request and the accessibility was a huge, heavy bench accessory under the sink that I assume they expected the person who needs it to heft onto the tub (ridiculous since this thing was massive and unwieldy). I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Time for a new hotel.... I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over the last 3 years. Very disappointed this time around. Had to move rooms twice due to bug infestation. Hotel staff was helpful in this mess. Travel to Tulsa 4 to 6 times a year, will find a new place to stay.

Don't stay here until they go through a renovation! Staying here was very disappointing. This hotel is badly...BADLY...in need of a renovation and refresh. The carpets are filthy and worn. The door entry mechanisms are outdated (insert v. tap). There is a funky smell throughout that is tough to place, but it isn't a good smell. Frankly, we're pretty sure our sudden kick of allergies are connected to a lack of cleanliness in the hotel; we were fine once we left the hotel, and they really kicked in every time we returned. Even the free breakfast was quite a let down. The entire stay did not live up to the generally very positive view I have for Hampton Inns, which I generally find to be clean, pleasant places to stay. Not this one. We likely will not return until there's been a complete refresh.
