Nice clean and quiet hotel Very nice hotel. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was very clean like it had just been remodeled. We were in room 115. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room. Didn’t have time. The hotel was pretty quiet also. The hot breakfast was good.

Beware of Ginger Bell charging your card for "damages" This location is notorious for the manager, Ginger Bell, charging your credit card for falsified "damages" to the room. It's usually around $100. She will provide fake images as proof. No matter how nice you try to handle the situation, she will be very rude and refuses to give any information of anyone that can help you! She says she is the only person there is to talk to. She needs to be fired and held accountable for her crimes! You will need to contact guest.correspondence@hilton.com To have a case opened.

Meets Expectations Our extended family recently booked a block of 10 rooms at this hotel for a 3 night stay for a family wedding and we were very happy with our choice. The rooms, hallways and common areas were all renovated and clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was spacious and worked well for a hangout space in the evening. The breakfast itself was pretty typical for a hotel at this level. The attendant kept the breakfast area neat, clean, and well- supplied. The hotel was in a handy location near shopping. The rooms were quiet as were the hallways and common areas. The Hilton website made it easy to book a block of rooms for our group with an easy link to provide to family members. In addition, the manager at the hotel answered my questions promptly via email. There were a few minor repair items that need attention. The second floor ice maker was not working, a shower drain in one of the rooms was slow to drain and a few rooms smelled a bit musty. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t really comment on it except to mention that it wasn’t quite as big in person as it looked in the pictures but was still nice sized for a hotel pool. All in all we had a great stay and we’re very happy with our choice of the Hampton Inn and Suites Woodland Hills for our family gathering.

Good sleep! Came for work but brought the family too for fun in between meetings. Staff was very nice and greeted everyone as they walked in. Very helpful as well. If you need anything they’ll get it. Breakfast was good and changed up a little each morning. It was a hotel breakfast so expect a good hotel breakfast. Kids loved it. Clean! Quiet! Safe! Close to everything! Air was weird and you need to crank it wayyy down to have it nice and cool but it worked well which is huge compared to other hotels. Bed was great. Best sleep we had out of three hotels with this trip! Zero complaints after spending three nights there.

Great all around hotel!! I will admit I am somewhat of a hotel snob and typically stay in a higher class hotel but we were in town for the holiday and wanted a place close to stores and restaurants so I chose here due to the reviews. Best decision ever. You won’t find a cleaner hotel with a good breakfast and close proximity to food and shopping. D’Jon and Ashley at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. I am especially grateful for D’Jon that brought my AirPods that I left in the bed sheets but housekeeping turned in. Fantastic customer service, we’ll definitely be back.
