Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa Central While traveling, I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa Central. Jesse at the front desk, gave outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel experience didn't quite match up. The room was notably missing a microwave, which limited meal options. Additionally, the pillows provided were small and flat, impacting the quality of sleep. While the staff was great, these amenities, or lack thereof, made the overall experience just average. Barely Recommneded.

Great hotel! Excellent service from the moment we checked in! Our TV wasn't working so had to report that. In just moments it was fixed. Easy to get to from I44 and plenty of dining choices. Wonderful room with a king bed. Everything was well-maintained and clean. Slept wonderfully! Good breakfast and then we were on our way!

Best Hampton Experience! I stayed at the Hampton for business and I had a separate reservation from a group that I was with. I was greeted by Leah P. At check-in. She provided the BEST customer service that I have had in a long time! She was welcoming, friendly and gave me a great Hilton Member bag. The suite that I stayed in was so clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The cost of the hotel was somewhat inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. Overall great experience! I would stay here again and again!

Less than expected Stayed at this hotel over the weekend for 3 nights. Hotel was clean and had great amenities. Hotel staff was hit and miss as far as politeness. During this weekend the hotel lost hot water for several days. I felt sorry for the front desk staff as they were getting the brunt of people pissed off about cold showers. They handled it well. I was told that we would be compensated for the loss of hot water. When I checked out the front desk person said “your all checked out” I then had to ask for a bill so I could see what I was charged. Nope, full bill and had to ask for my compensation. Manager was less than polite. Maybe the compensation was coming out of his pocket? Or just a bad day. Just a brisk, “Do you want points or compensation?” Anyway, less than stellar stay. Also, if you have to decide whether or not to eat breakfast at the hotel or not, don’t. Worst breakfast at a hotel I’ve had in ages. I can usually find something decent to eat, not here. Bagels have been frozen for ages, even toasted wouldn’t breathe life in those suckers!

Our "GO TO" PLACE when we are in TULSA. We visit a friend who moved there years ago. We go twice a year and we stay here on every trip. He lives 10 minutes from the Motel but we stay here because we like the area the Hampton is in and we like the service and accomadations. I definitely recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites.
