Pros and cons. The rooms are pretty much average. The cost was more than I expected after adding taxes and fees, but nothing is cheap anymore. It was convenient to leave our car in their parking lot while we were away, but it cost nearly as much as the regular parking, so no real advantage there. (Parking in their parking lot used to be free with the former owners). I was disappointed that they now also charge for breakfast. Very overpriced also. But if you have an early flight, you're only three minutes from the airport.

Can you say GROSS! Disgusting! I’ve never seen a Hilton like this and I’ve stayed at many. It feels like those creepy motels that are in the middle of nowhere. The air conditioning rattled; the curtains and furniture were so old. There’s holes in the wall, the floors and counters are dirty and I didn’t dare take my shoes off. Going to leave extra early for my flight tomorrow morning as I can’t take any more of this nastiness.

Tired old Hilton Garden This Hilton property is very tired looking and not well maintained. Although my room seemed clean, it desperately needed to be refreshed. Also, the bed was very saggy. The fitness center was a disappointment. None of the machines worked properly. The treadmill would only go 1 mph, the elliptical would not power on and the Peloton bike would not connect to the network. I notified the front desk about these discrepancies, but did not follow up on my second day at this property.

Go to mid-town Hilton Garden Inn instead. No ventilation in the bathroom, breakfast pastries and bagels were stale, breakfast staff no where to be found except the cook who was everywhere but the kitchen, ac worked intermittently, and mold carpet smell on the third floor. Obvious signs they’re cutting corners here and don’t care about quality.

Needs to be torn down and rebuilt This has to be one of the worst Hilton properties in existence. Thin walls, thin floors, HORRIBLE beds my god this bed is bad. Rooms are very dated, towel holder is falling out of the wall, carpet is peeling from walls, light switches are yellow with age. Got absolutely no sleep because of the horrible bed and noise. Also they have no soap. Tried to switch hotels and Hilton told me there was nothing they could do. Really disappointed with Hilton. Staff that I interacted with were nice. Don’t stay here, there are much better options in Tulsa
