A Pleasant One-Night Retreat My fiance and I came into town for a concert and this hotel was better than I could have asked for. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was so soft; I've never slept that well in a hotel room. The hotel itself smelled clean when we walked in, and when we left the next morning, the staff was just finishing cleaning the lobby. For the price we paid and the service we got, hands down, we'll be back next time we're in town.

Do Not Stay Here Under Complete Renovation Do not stay here. The Hotel is under renovation and it looks like they are not in a hurry. We stayed here when it was a Hyatt, so I drove here looking for a last minute room. When I pulled up, I thought it was abandoned. There is no signage and the pool is tarped. The grounds look terrible. The windows are “boarded”. I will post some pictures later. Needless to say, we went somewhere else.

Wouldn’t choose to stay again + location- restaurants close by, easy access to all the places we were visiting, price point, clean room, strong water pressure in shower, and friendly staff. - hotel needs some serious maintenance and basic updates. Half our electric outlets didn’t work. Our toilet ran and refilled all night every 20 min or so keeping us awake night one. There were no sink stoppers, remote to TV didn’t work (we got it replaced day 3), No hair dryer in the room, no hot food or healthy choices at breakfast. If you are gluten free or low carb this isn’t your destination. All breads, muffins, cereal, yoplait yogurt, juice and coffee. They steam cleaned the carpets during our stay which while I appreciate the cleaning efforts, left our room miserably humid for two days and feet and shoes wet everywhere we went which was annoying to have to keep shoes on in our room. Three towels and a single shampoo and conditioner and bar of soap were provided for our family of 5. (We were able to get one additional of each and they were TINY!) All things considered I would not select this hotel again on a future visit.

Soured linens and blood throughout the room! The first room we checked in smelled so sour from the linens I had to change rooms. The second room had a very crazy looking blood stain in the carpet. This wasn’t a “I cut myself on the arm” stain, more like a “I cut myself open” stain!! It was crazy!

Good for a quick trip. Good place for a short trip. Came for a concert and had a pleasant experience. Only set backs were the check-in experience and the condition of some of the furniture in the room. The receptionist was a bit cold and not very welcoming. Some of the furniture in the room was chipped and visibly scratched. However, location was good and we had a good night with no real issues.
